5x7 Picture Frame Set of 5, Display Pictures 4x6 with Mat or 5x7 Without Mat, Wall Gallery Photo Frames or Tabletop Display

I seldom write reviews, but was pleasantly surprised by these frames and wanted to give a shout out. Yes, they are cheap plastic frames, but they are sturdy and good-looking. Tight tolerances, no mold flashing, nice matte finish, clips are well designed and hold securely. As a bonus (not even an advertised feature), the clips have eyelets that can accept a loop of picture wire. The frames are well packaged for shipment and include peel-off film protecting both sides of the clear plastic window (which otherwise would scratch). And if you wanted to up your game, you could always replace the thin, flexible clear plastic with locally bought single-weight glass. For mounting an 8 × 10 artwork inside the mat, you will need framer's tape. Keep in mind that these frames are not advertised as made of acid-free archival materials, so they are not suitable for long-term contact with original artwork that you care about -- they will cause it to yellow. But if that's not something you need, then this is a good option.

Plexiglass reflects light more than normal glass and just looks a bit wired sometimes. This is generally not a deal though. The fame’s meeting points aren’t the flushes, which is the biggest issue I have. I can seen the seams a bit too well sometimes. Other than that I really like them. they are light, seem pretty durable for the most part. Also, if you can find thin glass you should have no trouble swapping out the plexiglass with the real stuff to avoid my #1 pet peeve. I really like them overall and just wish they sold them in singles as well. I need one more but don’t have a use for a whole other set.

I really like how these are lightweight. I was curious if they were going to be glass or not and they are not glass. I do prefer this just because I am clumsy and with my luck I would break it randomly. One thing to keep in mind is it does say it can fit a 8 x 10 with the mat but you will have to find a way for it to fit or it will just fall in the frame. I ended up taping mine on the backs of the pictures it comes with and it worked out!

I ordered 2 packages of these and overall they were just what I needed and cost much less than other options. Well packaged but 1 of the 10 frames was warped/damaged. Still a good deal for quantity of clean looking white frames.

These don't have the glass front or the thick sidings of typical picture frames, but they are cheap and get the job done.
