Q: do these come rolled or folded? trying to avoid creases. can they be cut?

The placemats were flat and the runner was rolled, I believe. There are no creases in mine.

Q: Why is the runner a different color than the matching placemats? Its like an off white instead of white

It’s not, the runner is the same color as the mats. it must be the picture

Q: Can i buy the runner by itself?

I am not positive if you can buy a separate table runner, in this particular brand. If you look, you can find other, very similar vinyl, heat-resistant table runners in other brand names---- they look very similar in color to the placements, that I bought separate in the 'Bright Dream' brand.
