NOT SOLID WOOD
Very miss leading advertising....unless MDF stands for plastic....this is surely not SOLID WOOD!

Not real wood detail
When looking at the clock before I bought it it looked like it was wood detail. However it's a "sticker" for lack of a better word. It still cuckoo and keeps time well.

Nice for the money.
Does good job of copying the appearance of an 19th century German railway shed clock--when viewed from a distance. Roof trim very delicate and was damaged in shipment

It’s a cute and really good clock.
This clock is pretty good for the money. I was surprised at how lightweight it was, but it’s a really beautiful piece. Do not panic if you’re adjusting the time and the sound doesn’t come through clearly even though you have the volume button up. It keeps the sound quiet so it doesn’t blast your eardrums out. The sound should actually be a proper volume once you actually have the clock set.
