Review of YUNZII YZ75 75% Mechanical Keyboard
I've been on the hunt for the perfect prebuilt keyboard for years, and I'm thrilled to say that my search has finally come to an end with the YUNZII YZ75. This keyboard truly exceeded my expectations, and the price is simply fantastic for the quality and features it offers. I can confidently say that I would buy this keyboard again in a heartbeat because it not only performs flawlessly but also sounds amazing! The build quality of the YUNZII YZ75 is top-notch. The keycaps, switches, and overall construction are impressive. The keyboard produces a fantastic sound that I can't get enough of. It's a delight to type on, and the tactile feedback is satisfying. Whether I'm working or gaming, the YZ75 delivers a truly immersive typing experience. However, I must mention one minor inconvenience that I encountered as a Mac and Windows user. Unlike other Yunzii keyboards, the YZ75 lacks a simple way to switch between Windows and Mac key bindings. This can be a hassle when transitioning between work and gaming, where changing key mappings is crucial. Nevertheless, this small drawback doesn't overshadow the overall excellence of this keyboard. One of the standout features of the YZ75 is its remarkable value for the price. The quality foam used in its construction dampens the sound effectively, especially when paired with switches like Gateron Blacks. The keyboard produces a quiet, creamy sound that is perfect for a work environment. Even with louder switches, such as Akko Lavender Purples, the keyboard remains pleasantly unobtrusive. The RGB range is impressive, allowing for customizable effects and an infinite range of colors. Additionally, the keycaps provided with the keyboard feel and look premium, with no shine and a thick build.I did encounter a minor challenge when disassembling the keyboard. Some switches were either difficult to pull out or too easy, resulting in accidental scratches on the PCB. This issue might be related to the individual switches rather than the keyboard itself, but it's worth noting for those looking to modify their keyboard switches. Nevertheless, I firmly believe that the YZ75 is well worth the investment despite this minor inconvenience. As a first-time mechanical keyboard user, I can confidently say that the YUNZII YZ75 is perfect for beginners. It offers a budget-friendly option for those seeking a pre-built keyboard, and the range of switch options is impressive. The overall quality and performance are outstanding. Furthermore, the shipping experience was excellent, with the keyboard arriving five days ahead of schedule—a definite plus in my book.Connecting the YZ75 to my Mac was a breeze, and I didn't find the need for any additional software from the website. The RGB modes and customization options provided were more than sufficient for my needs. It's worth mentioning that while I initially ordered Gateron Blacks, I received a note indicating that they were out of stock and replaced them with Gateron Yellows. To my surprise, they also included extra cables and a memopad, which was a nice gesture. The slight confusion regarding the switch substitution was quickly resolved, and I am more than satisfied with the outcome. In a nutshell, if you're in the market for your first mechanical keyboard, I highly recommend the YUNZII YZ75. It strikes the perfect balance between affordability and quality. The smooth and perfectly lubed Gateron Yellow switches straight out of the box are a dream to use. This keyboard has truly exceeded my expectations and met my needs with flying colours. I can confidently say that the YZ75 is an exceptional choice, and you won't regret making it a part of your setup.

Excellent customer support from Kris
I was incredibly happy with the quality and feel of the keyboard but I was having issues with my FN key.Which meant I couldn’t turn off the side LED’s - something which is really wanted to do. So I wrote to customer support and they were in active and reliable communication with me for 3 weeks providing help and advice. After the issue was continuing to persist I was provided a full keyboard replacement as they understood I had been fully cooperative with their instructions. The issue i was having seemed small to me so I am very impressed with yunzii’s dedication to customer support and satisfaction. In addition Kris was incredibly understanding and supportive and never made me feel like I wasn’t being listened to - something I sometimes experience with other customer support experiences.

Great keyboard for the price and excellent after sale customer care!
I upgraded from an Anne Pro 2, and I must express my complete satisfaction with the decision. The keyboard delivers an exceptional out-of-the-box experience, significantly surpassing the typing feel of my previous keyboard. Although I initially swapped the keycaps for a £50 set I already owned, I eventually reverted to the included keycaps as my preference. However, I did encounter a singular issue with the keyboard—similar to concerns raised by other users—where it would flicker and intermittently lose connection during gaming, even when connected via cable.Upon reading additional reviews that criticized the post-purchase customer support, I became apprehensive. Yet, my personal experience sharply contrasts with these accounts. When I reached out to the seller, I received a response within 24 hours. They requested images and further details about the issue, initially suspected to be related to a loose USB connection. The seller was willing to replace the keyboard and even provided a contact for one of their technicians. As the problem exclusively surfaced during gaming, I deduced that the issue lay not with the keyboard, but rather with my PC and its USB port power settings. In conclusion, I'm thoroughly content with both the keyboard itself and the exceptional customer service. Given the added assurance of a 1-year warranty, my contentment knows no bounds.

Its Expensive And RGB Is Hard To Use
This Keyboard Is Great With Yellow Switches And Sounds Quite Good. The RGB Is Very Hard To Use And I Wouldn't Recommend Getting The Software Either Since The Download Dosent Work For Me. Its Not To Good For Competitive Gaming But Normal Games Its Good. But Is A Great Keyboard For Working Or School Work. This Price Is A Bit To Expensive For Me But I Got It But. I Would've Gotten It On A Offer Rather Than At Full Price.

AMAZING IM IN LOVE
The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t expecting that much from it, I got the brown switches, and they sound amazing, as shown in the video, and feel amazing. It’s very creamy in my opinion. The keys are also very soft not rough plastic. The clicks register perfectly. 10/10 I really recommend!!!!

A Well Priced Option That Punched Above Its Weight
To get this out of the way, I don’t consider myself to be in the Keyboard-Modding hobby. I enjoy having a pleasant typing experience and a good looking/sounding keyboard but I am not inclined to tear down my boards and go through the process of lubing switches and stabilizers (if you do, more power to ya).I took a shot on this board because it checked a lot of boxes for me and seemed like a good value for the money based on its features and the other reviews here. Namely, this board:- Fit my White PC aesthetic (more on this a later)- Tri-mode connectivity (wired, bluetooth, and 2.4GHz donggle)- 75% layout- Good looking RGB both on keys and around the edges of the keyboard- Hotswap PCB (I was planning on changing the switches)Upon receiving my keyboard, I was immediately impressed with the sound of the board and its aesthetic features. The switches have what I can best describe as a creamy tone when pressed and the keystrokes are very smooth right out of the box. I don’t typically use Linear switches and was planning on changing to a tactile switch, but after a few days of use I began to really enjoy the Black switches that came with the board. From a visual perspective, the board looks great out of the box and the RGB is impressively bright and adequately customizable. The RGB strip around the edge of the board looks quite cool in my opinion, but there are easily seen hot spots so the diffusion could be better. The stock keycaps feel good to the touch and they look good enough to leave on the board, though I did change them out to some white and black shine through keycaps. My only real complaint with the aesthetics is that the white case isn’t a true white and instead there is a slight beige or off-white quality to them so they may not match with other white peripherals you may have on your desk. The board seems to have decent build quality and has a good mount of heft to it despite its plastic construction. There are a few creaks if you try to flex the board as everything is snapped together instead of being screwed but when it is on the desk I haven’t noticed any issue. I would have liked to see an aluminum top plate to give the board some more rigidity and a more premium look, but at this price point I think they put the cost in the correct areas.Overall, I can’t find any major faults in this keyboard from a casual user perspective. There are few things like the top plate and the color that I would alter slightly but at the end of the day my expectations have been exceeded. Between the looks and the sound/feel of the typing experience I would say this keyboard punches above its weight and it offers a compelling value for those looking for those looking to use it out of the box or as a starting place to modify. If you’re on the fence about this product I would recommend taking the chance on it, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Update: Keyboard issue fixed
My previous review regarding this keyboard stated that I was experiencing issues with this keyboard turning off at random times just a month after receiving and using it. After my review, the Yunzii customer service was kind enough to reach out to me regarding my issue and offer me a new replacement and a complimentary (very cute) desk mat. It seems that what I thought was a battery issue was a connectivity issue; the replacement keyboard and the wire it comes with are staying connected to my pc without random moments of turning off. I thank the Yunzii customer service for being helpful and I assume that my first purchased keyboard was simply a defect.Update 6/16/24:After 10 months after my last review, I have retired my Yunzii keyboard and opted for another brand. The keyboard, both the original and replacement, turn off randomly mid usage. I could be actively typing or playing games, and the keyboard would turn off, sometimes multiple times in a day. It became too much of a hassle, and I do not feel that $90 is worth it.
