Double strand band
This band is a double band. There is no way to separate them, so it is a little tighter than I would have liked. The package says 5-15 lbs. It has nice handles that are padded. It also comes with a door anchor.

Great product, great price.
I’m really pleased with my purchase. The cost of the single resistance band was much less than the competitors. The design of the tubes is superior to other regular tubing. This band is braided out of two bands, so it’s extra strong and durable. And you get a nylon loop to attach it to the door. I will be ordering more for the classes I teach.

Great band!
My old resistance band snapped so I needed a replacement fast. This one arrived quickly despite the pandemic and it's been working out perfectly! Very pleased.

Much better designs out there
When attached the bands work fine, but the design is atrocious. The models with climbing hook attachments are much better. Especially with the heavier bands, it takes a vicegrip and the might of Zeus to pull the bands apart enough to get them to fit in the handle
