I Recommend This Item
I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: They arrived just as expected and hoped. Nicely Packaged inside a sturdy cardboard box and then wrapped in a plastic bag which protected the shiny paint nicely. Heavy Duty Metal in a bright safety yellow color. I bought six of these and plan to replace all multi-outlets in my Pouch, garage, workshop and storage shed. I love that they are 12 gauge because all my extension cords are 12 gauge and it makes zero sense to use heavy duty cords in a cheaper quality multi-outlet. I plugged them in and tested each outlet with an electric tester. All is working great. ONLY thing I felt was odd: The mounting screw holes in them are small. I had to remove all old wall mounting screws and find a strong screw with a tiny head. But once hung they are there to stay. They feel sturdy and safe, which I hope to decide years from now that they were. I Recommend. Good Luck.

Works as advertised
I have bought 3 of these now. They work great and are exactly what I needed. My daughter uses one and another I use for my 3 transformers for my radios and a repeater. The transformers are rated at 40 amp, 50 amp, and 60 amp. It has been working great for over 2 yrs now.

Feels kinda flimsy for a 12 gauge strip
Ok, I didn't check the internal wires to confirm it's 12 gauge - which is the only reason you should get this, by the way. It's "quirky". The power button, which might be a reset button, has a label that is upside down ("on"/"off") if the rest of the writing is upright. The mounting holes in the back are your standard slot, but require a #6 screw and nothing larger... and they're cut into rather flimsy plastic. If you want a solid mount to wood, you have to rely on two small screws grabbing onto plastic in the back. A metal back side or better yet, mounting tabs that can be screwed through from the front would have been better. Ok, from a price standpoint it's quite a good deal - and I'm only going to knock off one star because of the overall quality... which just "feels" lightweight. I mean - when you pick up a 12 gauge power strip, don't you expect it to have some heft to it? My Harbor Freight 14 gauge feels so much more solid - but I really needed 12 gauge.

Solid strip
Nice and heavy duty. The cord isn't long, so be aware. Maybe 6 feet.

Constantly trips. Cant handle small motor loads. Not 20a
Constantly trips, not 20a. I bought this for the garage as I have multiple small loads including a shop vac, small belt sander, a pump, a saw, etc. This strip will trip within 1-2 minutes with just one load plugged in. The 20a outlet wall outlet doesnt trip even when multiple devices are running. Guessing that the trip curve on the breaker isnt rated for motor loads (which it should be if they say it's industrial). Throwing it in the trash and looking for different brand.
