Brightness and size
Wow these light bulbs are great super bright but they are huge. I can't even get the cover over the light fixture.

Work fine for me
I installed 7 of these in the garage/workshop 5 years ago. Other than one bulb of the original 8 that I purchased back then. I have had no problems. The one failed after about 2 weeks. Looking at reviews I noticed that many people have installed them in enclosed fixtures. These bulbs do not appear to be rated for use in enclosed fixtures. They will overheat in enclosed fixtures and will probably flicker or malfunction completely. If you read the specifications for these bulbs. You will notice that they are suitable for higher voltages than what we usually have here in the states. So light output will be slightly less than what is rated in the United States. Nothing wrong with that. It is just the way that it is. Operating at less than the rated highest voltage should result in longer bulb life when properly installed.

Meh
I thought it would be brighter, but it's still brighter than the incandescent bulb it replaced.

Bought 12, 3 are dead within 1200 hours
The bulbs claim to have an average useful life of 30k hours but I've had 3 fail much sooner than that. I bought 12 bulbs on Nov 1st 2020 for my garage, so about 300 days ago. They're on a liberal average of 4 hours a day. 300 x 4 = 1200 hours which is pretty shy of the 30k hour average life expectancy. Not sure if that is typical given the length of time but thought I'd share that info. The bulbs that still work seem to work well and are plenty bright for my application.

These bulbs really light up a room or garage!!
I'm reviewind the A21 Lohas LED 150-200W, 2500 Lumens 5000K light bulbs in case the reviews get mixed as they usually do on products. These bulbs are great. They are only 23W, but really produce a LOT of light. They are definitely at least 150W equivalent and I have no doubt at least 2500 lumens. I replaced a 100 W LED 1500 lumens daylight bulb, and these things are twice as bright it seems. I really like the 5000K daylight look. For those wanting a soft white or yellowish tint for a room, these are not the bulbs for you. But if you want a lot of pure light you can't beat these. I have one in a pole lamp in my office/study where I'm on the computer 4+ hours a day and with the light bouncing off the ceiling and thru a frosted shade, they are perfect and I need no other light in this large room. And there is no glare off the computer either since I can have the lamp placed in mid-room directly behind the monitor due to the amount of light the bulb produces. And in the garage, perfect. I only have one light in the garage in addition to the garage door opener bulb, and in the past there was not enough light with a 150W CF 27000K (yellowish) bulb. This bulb totally lights the double car garage and is perfect. I especially like the lack of heat produced like all LED's, but I thought maybe with this light output on this bulb it would be a little warmer to touch. Nope. I highly recommend.

1 Year Review
I've purchased 12 of these in late 2019. So far, 4 of these have had issues after long term usage. They don't necessarily burn out but they start flickering and become unusable. The 30000 hour lifespan might be accurate for the ones that don't develop issues but for me, it has been a 33% failure rate. As far as the light output itself, it's pretty good. Very bright and daylight white. I just wish it wouldn't have such a high failure rate after long term usage. Since I purchased these to save money, it's unfortunate that these would have issues after about a year. I would have been better off just using an incandescent since I now have to replace 4 of these. I wouldn't purchase again. I might go with another brand this time and see how it turns out.
