Design flaw makes this product unreliable

We loved this product: 1) the battery lasts long and is easily rechargeable 2) it opened wine bottles with ease BUT after about 25 uses it broke (see photo). The product has a hard plastic piece holding the screw and it shattered. Unless that plastic piece is replaced with a metal part, this product will fail under conditions for it was intended to be used... namely pull corks out of wine bottles.
