AQUAFIT 64 oz Water Bottle with Handle, 2in1 Lid

I am a hardcore water bottle snob, and I've been trying to find a really good 64 oz bottle for a while with no luck, but I love this thing so much that I bought two so that I'd have one for backup. It's really easy to carry even though it's 64 oz, there's an open mouth to drink from, which is handy for taking meds or something, but also an optional straw that is easy to use. It's sturdy (I have dropped it hard a couple times bc I am clumsy and take it everywhere), leak proof, and the lock keeps it from spilling. The only thing is that it is not dishwasher safe. And trust me, it is NOT dishwasher safe. Sometimes products say that but you can still get away with it. You, uh, cannot get away with it in this case. I tried it with my extra one because I don't love hand washing water bottles, and it literally shrunk to a tiny tube, it was kind of hilarious how badly that went. I'm not docking points for that because it has a "not dishwasher safe" disclaimer, I just wanted to see if I could be lazy. I tried and failed so you don't have to, you're welcome. Regardless, it's not hard to clean, and I use it daily and it smells fine, looks fine, and has had no mold growth (which is an issue I've had with plastic water bottles in the past, ick). Definitely recommend!

I continue to use this every day, even after a year. It has proved to be very dependable, not to mention good looking and high quality.

Starting with the bad. The time / fill markers on the outside rub off super easy. I carry mine around with me everywhere and when it rubs against any surface, it immediately rubs off the markings. Also, the handle is plastic and the first time I dropped the bottle, it broke off. Now with the good. I have had no issues with the bottle. 64oz is the perfect size to carry around that isn't overly big or chunky. It comes with straw attachments so if you want to use the straw (I don't) you can. There is a wide mouth in the cap that makes it easy to drink from and if you need to get a lot of water at one time, you can. There is a latch that helps keep the top closed which is nice because as much as I have dropped it, I have yet spilled anything. Also, there are a wide variety of colors to choose from. That's always a plus.

Fantastic water bottle, it's clearly labeled and see through so I know how much water I have at all times. The locking mechanism is perfect and tight and I never have to worry about it spilling in my backpack and damaging my electronics inside. I love that no matter which way you screw back on the lid it'll always align perfectly in one direction every single time. I just have nothing but great things to say about this bottle. I also have to give kudos to the seller, I unfortunately dropped this bottle and ended up breaking off half of the locking mechanism and the handles off. I contacted them to see if I could just buy a replacement lid and they offered to give me a whole new one free of charge. I'm definitely going to buy more of these for my family as we're all heavy water drinkers and like to take water with us everywhere.

I purchased this water bottle because my doctor told me that I needed to strive for 64oz of water per day. I wanted to make a good effort and buy myself a fun bottle in the process. I was not prepared for how big the bottle would be. Size aside, it is a very sturdy bottle and the color is very close to the pictures. It has a straw for sipping and an open spout for gulping, etc. It also comes with two different handles to help carry it around (ie, A hard grip handle and a flexible wrist band). Aside from the size, the bottle is easy to use and clean. The bottle has a flip up cap and locking mechanism that reminds me of my kids’ water bottles. I’m not sure about how insulated the bottle is as the walls of the bottle feel thin to me. But as thin as the sides feel to me, the bottle seems sturdy enough for me. The only downside I have with the bottle is that with all the markings on it to say what the different water levels are, it doesn’t seem to have a noticeable mark on it as to where exactly the 64oz level is. Overall, I think it is a great bottle and I know it will help me keep track of my water intake. But wanting to be exact, I would love to see a marking of where to stop filling the bottle, as silly as that sounds, in future editions.

Literally shrank when I went to clean it in my sink. I know my water is not boiling, nor does it reach that high. The lid was leaking. The handle broke off after a week of use. Zero durability or stability.

A good drinks bottle either use the straw or drink it without the straw
