The battery does not last as long as necessary.
In the product information they state that the LED can last up to 12 hours on a single charge in order to avoid the discomfort of wiring. In my case, the LED only lasts an hour. How can I return the product does not meet my expectations

Bought this for the ability to change the color of the text for 2 rideshare signs in one. The sign is nice,but the App is crap. Definitely not worth the amount of money they want for it.
