I finally tried to do some light gaming and yes it's great for emulation up to a ps2 but starts to struggle anything past that so.. Yeah I thought it could at least do ps3 with the specs but nope. Anyway that's my only criticism. I bought it a couple years ago and it's still rocking each and every day all day. It's my primary source of media so I use it all day for everything and very rarely experience issues all of which have been easy enough to fix except for the bluetooth adapter went out within the first year, just after the warranty so that sucks but I bought a USB Bluetooth adapter and it works well enough. It's a lying piece of crap, claiming to be a Bluetooth5.4 adapter and yet it's only a Bluetooth 2.0 adapter the lying little shit. But that's not this product's problem. This product's problem is that teg adapter went out just after the warranty causing me have to buy a different one and it wound up being a lying sack of dung. So, yeah. There's that. All in all a very nice piece of electronics that has taken a beating as far as constant usage for everything I do including all internet browsing, YouTube watching, movie playing, music play, gaming, and everything else one does with their PC. And it's done it all for years now with very little issues so I recommend this big time.

Runs fast and quiet. Performs flawlessly but can be difficult to awaken from sleep mode. Would like a few more ports but it’s a winner

I got this computer because it was a cheaper option for video editing ,I did see people had some problems with them but was on a tight budget so bought one and having problems with it. It worked great for about 2 months then I had a problem with the sound so I had to scrub it for it to work then it happened again and again and again it is junk

Switched over from a tower desktop to this model as it came highly recommended by my IT professional after listening to what I used my desktop for and looking at my current file content. It is so small (smaller than 2 decks of cards), yet SO FAST. My IT prof was able to transfer all data from my old computer (and old MS software) in a jiffy. If he had not recommended this computer, I probably would have spent alot more for the typical larger desktop at Costco or BestBuy.

I ordered the "Beelink SER5 MAX Mini PC, AMD Ryzen 7 7735HS(6nm, 8C/16T) up to 4.75GHz, Mini Computer 24GB LPDDR5 RAM 1TB NVME SSD" almost a year ago. And whoa, but it's blazing fast compared to the Dell dinosaur I had before. Boot up was fast and everything was like a dream. But there are a few problems such as it's so small, that the USB ports are limited and they don't allow a lot of room (if you've a big, wieldy USB stick, but that's a minor issue and can easily be resolved with a USB hub). Initially, I did have problems where every few months, it'd reboot, but that might have happened a couple of times. Since then, it's been fine...maybe got all its updates. My biggest issue is with the fan. It's CONSTANTLY running, even when nothing is going on. I''m sensitive to the noise and concerned that it's running all the time, that lately, I just put my computer to sleep when not in use. I usually leave my PC on all day, 24/7, but not with this PC. It seems it's doing it more now than when I first got it installed. Maybe they need to update the software on it. Other than that, it's crazy fast and works great. Would recommend as long as it lasts at least 3 years or so as the hardware I got for this is beyond anything I need it for (I'm not a gamer).

I've had this unit for about a week and I LOVE it! It came with no bloatware and runs like a dream. I had a question regarding the Windows 11 Pro licensing and the Beelink support was friendly and quick, responding via email in just a day or two. The version I got was a Ryzen 7 with 8C/16T and had 32GB RAM and a 1TB NVME SSD. With tax it was $350 which beats any PC tower price. I'm testing this on my home lab and recommend it for anyone needing a good value Windows computer.

Pros: Fast, small, very good cooling system. Cons: very few USB ports. It should have at least one more.

The computer works well, but the fam in always running at full speed even when the computer is sitting idle. I have made sure that I do not have any background processes running, so it has very little load. Being such a small form factor makes it so that it cannot cool the processor without running the fan continuously. I have it sitting on the floor under my desk and I can hear it in outside of the room.

Muy buen equipo. Funciona muy rápido, buena ventilación, buen rendimiento. Quedé súper satisfecho. Ampliamente recomendado y el precio muy económico.

The SER5 I bought was very easy to setup, and start using right away. I have had it for about a week, so this is not a long-term use review. It has a very small desk footprint, but it's very fast. The difference is very noticeable from my old laptop. The only negative is that it can be a bit loud when in use at times. Hopefully, in a few years, we can just use our phones to replace desktop computers and laptops. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who does not need a computer for serious gaming, etc.

Pros: - comes with newer HDMI / DP outputs that support 4K60 displays unlike most other prebuilt PCs - AMD 5800H is faster in some applications than the AMD 3700X on my gaming PC - 32GB of RAM means you probably won't have to ever upgrade its memory - comes with the Solidigm (Intel) P41 Plus SSD, it's quite nice for a prebuilt computer - comes with Windows 11 Pro - WiFi 6 with Intel's AX200 adapter Cons: - the CPU is limited to 35W due to the limited cooling solution, it's not a big deal for the average user - CPU fan can be loud when it's pushed to its limit Overall, this is an excellent PC with top-notch components. I'd rather pay $500 for this than $1,000 for a Dell PC.

Excelente atención al cliente y tecnico, desgraciadamente , no logramos establecer la Mini PC para que no se apagará, repentinamente, en diferentes escenarios. Excelente producto, con un alto rendimento. Tambien es una lástima que no manejen remplazo del producto, no duraría en aceptar o comprar de nuevo, si el precio fuera el mismo o similar.

Great unit until it fails at which point you may as well bin it. Support is responsive but suggest remedies that don't apply to the SER5 (they have the serial# so know the exact model and build). Some are ridiculous. The best is "try another power supply". Only one was supplied originally so why would I have a spare? Their response to my request for urgent replacement? "Would you like to send the machine back to China for repair?"
