The whole set is very cute, space saving, and comes with fun features that normally are not found from wooden play set. Strongly suggest to add the strap behind the play set to increase sturdiness. Originally it came with missing screws and a defective ice dispenser. However, TINYSURE quickly replied and went above and beyond their way to make it right. Applaud their effort in standing by for their product and service! Just received the entire replacement set and will take the parts out to try them out this week. I bought this for my second kid, so I knew exactly what I wanted different from my older kids kitchen (still in use). The functioning ice maker was a must, though my 1.5 year old has trouble putting the cubes back on himself without help. This is because the opening is exactly the size/shape of the two cubes. So it has to be placed perfectly right.The two cabinets are decently sized to store items, unlike my first kids for which I had to buy shelves myself. The light and noise above the stove, as well as the noises/lights of the burners have already been a big hit. My kid also likes putting stuff in the microwave even though that doesn’t have buttons or make noise.The apron and hat it comes with is a nice touch, though my kid won’t keep the hat on for more than a second. It’s adorable though!

The media could not be loaded.  Took about 3 hours for me to put together, I'd say it was moderately hard considering i only had to unscrew and readjust 2 pieces once. Instructions are mostly only photos so I missed some very minor steps but was easy to go back add the missed latch and catch for the cupboards. Our 18mth old son played with it non stop the morning I put it together and is in love with it so far. Nice to see it can grow as he gets older and planning to anchor it to the wall with the included anchor. Only con is the little red buttons on the stove top are pretty hard to push even for me but my son has been able to smash them down and get them going on his own. The hood buttons are very easy to push.So glad we choose this play kitchen!

I bought this for my grandchildren and was anxious about putting it together. I received an email as soon as it was delivered from TINYSURE letting me know to contact them if I had any concerns or questions. I did have one part that wasn’t fitting properly and Amazon couldn’t resolve my problem but when I contacted TINYSURE they immediately rushed to fix my problem. They went way out of their way to make it right. I loved working with this company and highly recommend them to everyone. The kitchen is adorable and my grandchildren love playing with it.

This product was produced with error. The back board slots were different from the sink and oven slots. I tried to fix it but it just couldn’t be fixed by me. The counter pieces were cris cross one pointing left and one pointing right. Total bust get new employees Before they ruin your business

There will be many days of play with this set once I get it all together. There are many pieces and patience is key. Unfortunately, while putting mine together a base piece broke. Contacted their customer service and they responded immediately. Expecting just a replacement of the broken piece, I was very surprised to receive word that a new set was on its way to me. I bought this 2 months ago and finally found the time to put it all together in one sitting which is key to not losing all the little screws and stuff. I started once, but my kid woke up from his nap and I have to quick hide my partially finished kitchen project.It is a really nice kitchen and my son loves it, I love that it can grow with him.I have a few gripes. Part of my day job is I make work instructions for industry. These kitchen ones leave a lot to be desired, I knew what I was looking at because I have seen them all before but it could've been a lot better. The instruction book isn't very many pages long so they could stand to make the pictures a lot bigger, and maybe have only 1 or 2 steps per picture, not 3 or 4. I am in my 30s and I had trouble reading this, what if a grandparent was trying to put it together?Even with being able to understand the instructions it still took me a solid 2 hours to put this together even though I had all the right tools.They include pots and pans and a plate with the set but none of them fit in the microwave by like less than a half inch, seems an easy fix. Also with it they could have included more than one plate and cup, maybe some cutlery. I can get my own little food set I guess and I'll just have to make sure they are small enough.This is good for small spaces though and works really well on the first floor of our home where the living room is smaller.
