So I chose this one. Honestly when I first got it and set it up (super easy to set up), I wasn’t sure if it’s truly working. I mean my air seemed clean. It went from red to green in seconds in my room making me think I didn’t really need this but I kept it on auto and left it on anyways. Since i only bought one to see if it works good before buying two, during the day I’ll put it in my living room near my kitchen & noticed that it truly does work great with odors caused by cooking and even smoke! But here’s what really sold me… I’m having tiles ripped out and new ones installed right now! Omg the amount of dust that causes is unreal! Knowing it can also reck havoc on my a/c system, i hung plastic sheets to block areas off in the house to prevent the dust getting into my return vents. And use heavy duty fans with the doors open to the outside to basically help “vacuum seal and suck the dust outside” of the rooms while they’re breaking out the old tiles. Even doing that, it’s still got really dusty. And it’s summer in Florida no less, so I really don’t want to turn my a/c off. So the second day, I placed the air purifier in the areas that’s a being worked on, and wow what a difference it helped make! It was working none stop on max like a horse. Now I definitely want two of them to spread between areas of the house. I know I’ll still need to get my a/c unit serviced to have it thoroughly cleaned from dust to prevent damage to the unit, but this machine is helping with keeping that dust to a minimal amount compared to the first day when I didn’t think to use it! This is worth getting and covers a good amount of square footage! As soon as I can spare some mula to get another one, I definitely will so I won’t have to move it from room to room. Only down side is it does get kinda loud when running on max mode (when air quality is red), so if you’re trying to relax and watch tv with this in the same room, be prepared to put your valume on really loud or use AirPods to listen to your show lol 😂 otherwise the noise doesn’t bother me, it’s just hard to hear the tv over it if it’s running on max! Review: Excellent product support - I bought this unit to avoid replacing air filters. Usually with air filters they are either not dirty enough to merit a replacement or long overdue. This was an ideal solution. Did have one problem after two years. After performing the routine task of washing the filters and allowing several days to dry, I noticed the LEDs flickering. Unit did not seem to operate in the auto mode. Contacted Nuwave and after providing pictures and a short video was provided with a prepaid label to send the unit back. Turns out the power PCBA dn high voltage needed to be replaced. Credit to Nuwave for standing by their product. My contact Yessenia provided clear communication throughout the process. Now have the unit back. The unit is working as expected. Bottom line is that Nuwave has a worthwhile product and they stand by their product. ## Features - Smart Air Cleaner with Wi-Fi Control: Control your air purifier from anywhere using the Oxypure app. Adjust fan speeds, set timers, and monitor air quality with a 6-color indicator for real-time updates. - Large Coverage for Ultra-Large Spaces: The E500 air purifier is perfect for large rooms and is an essential item for homes and businesses alike. The instructions state in one part that it's in the back, and in another part states it's on the side... Confused??** A: The air quality sensor is on the side of the unit, covered by a plastic grille. **Q: Can you operate OxyPure Zero on itself without an app?? Do you have to use a phone to operate when you are at home?/** A: I don't use the wifi when I use my Oxypure, I just touch the front panel buttons, so yes, you can operate it manually or through an app. **Q: We have been using this unit for 18 days. None of the filters has a speck of dust or anything else on them. Shouldn't they?** A: The nu wave will let you know when its time to clean the filter. the filters pick up everything the eye does not see. Huge diffrence for us. My 3 year old has respetory problems. I am very happy with it. **Q: is the motor isolated from the fan and uses a shaft to turn the fan in a separate section or does the air move thru the motor when running?** A: The air moves thru the motor ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great!!! *by K***. on July 7, 2024* My doc recommended I get an air purifier to help me with severe allergies that’s been kicking my butt the last couple months keeping me coughing all night long. I have really bad allergies and all I need to do is turn this on for about 5-10 minutes and it clears everything out to leave clean fresh air. Super easy to set up too, we didn’t have to assemble anything plus it’s on wheels so you can roll it from room to room. We even used this when there was a bad wildfire nearby to prevent smoke from contaminating our air quality. Another huge plus is that it actually REMOVES ODOR from the air AND CLEANS AIR at the same time. I have been using for over a year and now I am considering buying a 2nd unit to put into the basement to get rid of that stuffy smell. Highly recommended!!! Don’t waste your money on the cheap ones, this is your best bet. ## Frequently Bought Together - Nuwave Oxypure Zero E500 Air Purifier with Washable Reusable Filters for Large Room | Smart Air Cleaners 99.9% Removal 0.1 Micron Particles | Sleep Mode, 6 Fan Speed & Timer, App Control - Nuwave Whole House Air Purifiers, Oxypure Smart Air Purifier with 5 Stage Tower Structure Air Filter, Air Quality & Odor Sensors, Sleep Mode for Bedroom, Remove 99.99% of Dust, Smoke, Pollen, Allergen - Nuwave Air Purifiers for Home Bedroom Up to 1361 Sq Ft, Portable Air Purifier with Air Quality Sensor, H13 True HEPA & Carbon Filter Captures Pet Hair Dust Smoke,18dB, Energy Star Certified --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/531333704-oxypure-zero-e500-air-purifier-with-washable-and-reusable-filters](https://www.desertcart.com.cy/products/531333704-oxypure-zero-e500-air-purifier-with-washable-and-reusable-filters) --- *Product available on Desertcart Cyprus* *Store origin: CY* *Last updated: 2026-10-12*
