Review: Great quality - It does the job, easy to apply and it really leaves the surface pristine. You wouldn't even guess that something was apply on your stones. I used it as sealant for a travertine border, followed the instructions, and the third layer took very little product, meaning that the first two already sealed the surface. Ordered more to make sure I have on stock for re application.
Review: Patio looks like new! - Perfect for what I needed. Easy to apply, but restricted by weather forecast (stones need to be dry for 3 days before applying). Always treat with Patio Extreme Cleaner first, then have to wait. Used garden sprayer - first coat saturated, 2nd coat fine mist. Dries very quickly and provides great protection. Indian Sandstone Raj Green slabs look like new. Price is the only reason not 5 stars - not a cheap way to treat and I do it annually, but will definitely continue to use.

**Q: Can this be used as a sealant inside a birdbath. Other comments said outside.**
A: It could be used inside, yes. but please remember this is a water repellent sealer, it is not formulated to be used as a waterproofing sealant. Hope that helps, George@Smartseal

**Q: Is this suitable to seal old porous brick pavers on a patio? I want to stop lichen, moss algae growth.**
A: Yes it is if you do not want to change the appearance. If they are very porous, you might have to reduce the m2 coverage per litre a bit. Samples are available. Hope that helps. George@Smartseal

**Q: Is this suitable for marble or granite?**
A: Yes it is, but due to the density of marble and granite use sparingly. I would suggest applying by cloth or sponge. Hope that helps!

It does the job, easy to apply and it really leaves the surface pristine. You wouldn't even guess that something was apply on your stones. I used it as sealant for a travertine border, followed the instructions, and the third layer took very little product, meaning that the first two already sealed the surface. Ordered more to make sure I have on stock for re application.

Perfect for what I needed. Easy to apply, but restricted by weather forecast (stones need to be dry for 3 days before applying). Always treat with Patio Extreme Cleaner first, then have to wait.
