Natural Organic Deodorant - Aluminum Free Deodorant for Men or Women - Vegan - Fresh Evergreen - 2.5 oz Stick

So i am a WOMAN, but I am a women on a mission to find a natural deodorant that does not have any form of aluminum in it. A lot of the natural deodorants say natural, but then they have some form of aluminum in them. I do not like the smell of lavender so that eliminated quite a few of them. I have tried the doterra kind and that was a medium. So-so didn't love it. I tried the Island kind with probiotics and it worked for a couple weeks then it gave me a terrible rash. Anyway i ordered this kind because I like pine scents. I don't sweat a ton, but I do sweat during the day. Deodorants are not meant to make you not sweat they are meant to neutralize and absorb some of the moisture. Antiperspirants DO block sweat glands and therefore decrease sweating, but if you are looking for a natural deodorant chances are you are not wanting an antiperspirant. (Bad for you) So yes I wanted to rate this a 4.5 because i am just on the verge of loving it. Definitely the best I've tried so far.I like it a lot. It is harder consistency but I haven't found that to be an issue at all. It warms up the second I put in on my pits. Sometimes it does get too warm and it will get gooey, but that has only happened once. I really like the scent, and it lasts ALL DAY. I do have to reapply sometimes if I am doing some vigorous things but I usually get up and work out then shower and apply. I have never had a rash from this product. Why don't you make it unisex?

Note this is *not* an antiperspirant; the label *just* says "deodorant." Antiperspirants that work *will* have aluminum or other metal compounds plus chemicals. Natural deodorants are for people who want to *avoid* applying aluminum and unnatural chemicals to their skin near lymph nodes.You will still have some armpit sweating using a natural deodorant, but that's a feature not a bug. It's a key part of your body's natural cooling mechanism, and for me, sweating too much hasn't been a problem, and I live in a warm, humid summer climate. If you're *really* active, or going for a three-mile run in humid weather, you may need to wash your armpits afterwards and apply this more than once a day to prevent sweat odor later in the day. But for me, exercising lightly, I do not need to reapply more frequently than once a day. It works well, smells nice, and goes on more smoothly than the other natural deodorant I applied. I'm ordering more right now!

I have used the deodorant for a while yet I am still not sure if I fully like or dislike it since its pros and cons to me are pretty much balanced out. So I think 3 stars is fair?I love what this deodorant stand for. It's natural, chemical free and with limited ingredients. I support and root for these ideas and they align with my own. I also like the eucalyptus smell which is not at all overpowering. It glides nicely on my armpits and doesn't crumble like some of other natural deodorants I have previously tried.But... it doesn't "work" like I wish any deodorant would. I am not expecting it to be anti perspirant or to last all day long. I just don't want to smell my armpits after a few hours, which I totally do in this case. My clothes also have a strong smell of the scent but not in the way you would smell it on the actual deodorant. It is more of a "sour" kind with a hint of eucalyptus. The deodorant is also on the expensive price point for me but I would happily pay if it delivers the result I am looking for.All and all this is rather bittersweet since I am back on another hunt for a natural deodorant that can work just as good as the rest on the market, if not better. Still, I am glad that I give this deodorant a good chance.

I purchased this deodorant looking for an alternative to the modern name brands, but this definitely disappoints.The ingredients are definitely natural and there is no aluminum, which is a plus for health concerns. The scent actually is nice, the only issue is execution. This deodorant does not last through the day, and for that I had to return it.By the end of the day, your underarms will smell like musk when you head for the shower before bed. To make it work, you will have to apply twice. Also, this experience is from not performing any physical activities, so if you are in the jobs that require physical labor, it will be magnified.

Let’s get this outta the way first....people REALLY need to get over the whole “it gave me a rash” nonsense. Newsflash- not everyone has the same chemical makeup, and not all deodorants work for all people, so if it gives you a rash, either give it some time to see if it goes away or try a different deodorant💡(duh).I’ve been a gel deodorant user since I was a teenager (roughly 20 years), but recently have been going greener.I’m a BIG sweater, jumping in and out of a truck 200+ times a day, 5 days a week. At the end of a Spring or Summer work day (applying it in the morning), I can still smell the deodorant! It’s not 100% as clean of a smell, but compared to the gel and a mild sweat odor (from the gel), this deodorant still smells good at the end of a shift!I wouldn’t consider myself a “stinky” person, but nonetheless, at the end of a shift and only one application, it’s hard to smell fresh-ish. This deodorant is Awesome!!!I also haven’t noticed any caking or staining in the armpits of my shirts, which is a huge plus!The last thing I’d like to share is that there’s a warm feeling I get once I apply it. This may be normal for some, but I’m used to gel, so it’s different for me.GREAT product! Hopefully more people will buy it and it’ll become mainstream (it’s EXPENSIVE).

It applies well, I usually put it against my armpit for a few seconds and it seems to adhere better to skin as it’s naturally a bit more solid. Only issue I had is that it smells like pure Shea butter, there’s no “evergreen” scent to be found.

Not for those who sweat profusely. This product let me down when it came to helping control sweat at all -- it was terrible. If you're not very active, this will work find, but for those of us who expect a product to work all day -- this won't cut it! I have turned back to using Bali Secrets deodorant. It's natural, it works, and it smells GREAT!
