Poor After Service!!!!
Product was exactly 12 months old and the centre piece has fallen off. No damage to the part what so ever. I contacted MINI on 2 occasions and requested what I should do. I was told twice to drive to the nearest BMW garage (which is 40 miles away - 80 miles return trip) to see if it was defected. There by if it was it would be covered under warranty. This seems poor after service for a £15 part under current COVID-19 lockdown. I have requested to return to MINI direct as I stated this was an internet based company. YET TO RECEIVE A ESPONSE.
