Man matters shilajit is a lil bit thicker as compared to Dabur Shilajit .Both of them works fine.I've posted two pics of shilajit water ; dark one is Dabur shilajit lighter brown one is man matters shilajit.Both of them improves stamina .You can feel the difference in sleep quality.Helps to maintain focus better.Improves Libido . I have been using Shilajit since May 2022 and the biggest mistake I did was to change the brand after seeing so many 'positive' reviews. Right from the time I started having this brand of Shilajit, I started feeling extremely tired and fatigued. To top it all, I was sleepy throughout the day and in the night , I would get up with a thud and would feel extremely weak. I have stopped using it now and am feeling much better.My sincere advice: Please do not buy this at any cost (pun intended).

This Man Matters shilajit is a very good quality. It has no chemical added , 100% purity. It is a sticky substance that is found in mountains top ridges. It has health benefits. It feels energetic after having it. For best results i take with warm milk. It gives positive results.

I am using this as a gym preworkout. The results can be felt after few days of using it. It comes with lab report which justify the authenticity. The only thing is sealing should be in place between bottle and cap as I found it spilled inside the cap.

I tried this product and liked this one among others. I tried this shilajit with water and i kind of liked the taste. Never tried with milk. Taste was neutral. After trying this, i feel energized and like I can do more work in the gym. Stamina and my strength increased in the gym.
