Better than expected.
I was really leaning towards getting a name brand light like the JW Speaker but Amazon discontinued the one I was looking at. I have heard bad reviews about the cheap overseas knock-offs but thought I'd give it a try (Amazon's selections of the higher end stuff seems lacking these days). I've tried LED bulbs in my reflector a few years ago and that was a disaster. I figured if I tried again, I would get the full assembly. These were surprisingly great. I'm sure they are probably not as bright as the expensive lights, but these were noticeably brighter than the halogens they replaced. The light has a distinct cut-off at the top so you don't blind oncoming cars. I believe the DOT rating is legit. It was not plug & play for a Hummer H2 as described - you will have to cut some of the rear shroud for this to fit correctly. You also have to get the plug adaptor (cheap & simple). I was worried that this may be too "blue" as it was described as 6500K, but its pretty white unless you are looking directly at it (it wouldn't be correctly aimed if this were the case). When looking directly into it, it has a very slight blue tint. The light pattern is pretty defined (not scattered). Great value!UPDATE: It has been over a year and it has done so well I felt a need to post an update. This product DEFINITELY delivers! It has held up on long trips, harsh winters (there are no issues with snow), and even a minor fender bender. There is no flickering (I've experienced this on others, long term) and the light is still as bright as I can remember. I was seriously considering the JW Speaker version (but they discontinued their earlier version) and was skeptical with these being so cheap. I guess in actuality, the JW Speakers are just overpriced. These do very well & even if I have to replace the entire light in another year, the price would have been well worth it.

Used in a 1985 Vanagon. Need to adjust higher than the factory settings.
I bought the headlight from recommendations from thesamba.com for a 1985 Vanagon. It fits great, no complain. The light is brighter and cooler white than the halogens I had installed. But the light pattern is not the same. It is pretty much a horizontal strip of light as compared to a half circle with the halogen. I had to aim the headlights slightly higher to see far away. Overall, i am satisfied as these are LED and do not drain the battery as much. But don't expect to see 2 miles down the freeway as with high output halogen lamps.Update after a few weeks of readjusting. When I installed the lights the first time, I followed the VW Vanagon adjustment, about 10 meters from a wall and 2 inches down and I could not see well. Then looked at a Jeep with LED lights, those are adjusted almost parallel. So, I increased the height to match the Jeep and now I can see well.I changed the rating to 5 stars. I may order another set for an old Italian car I have. The intensity is not as much as a high output halogen, but the cool light really helps.

Very bright
I wanted an upgrade from stock, well, rather my wife did. One of the original headlights was cracked. OEM headlights were just as much and then if you want "brighter" light bulbs that is another $30 per bulb.If you have ever change the head light blub on your Jeep wrangler, you can change these. They are very bright. People have flashed the car thinking we have the high beams on.Now we have to get matching fog lights.

Why pay more! I like them
I expected these pair of headlights to be on the very lower end of headlights. I’m very impressed. It’s not over the top super bright. They are better than stock. I was concern at first that they’re too bright but when I seen a car with stock led lights shine on the stop sign. I knew mine wasn’t bad. You will see the light shining on people in their cars at night turning the corner but for me it’s no big deal. I can see better in my Jeep Wrangler

Not Bad For Classic Cars
Purchased for My 1976 GMC Suburban. They're 1/4 inch deeper than stock bulbs, so I had to use longer screws on the retaining rings when installing. But they fit fine and are plug and play for anyone with a square body, or other classic car. Low beam is a notable upgrade from the brightest of standard halogens, at only 10 bucks more per bulb. The high beams aren't particularly good for spotting deer on the highway though. I would buy these again if one goes bad, but would be highly tempted to find another l.e.d. projector option with a more powerful high beam.Been using them for half a year now and still very happy that I stopped buying those crappy old 6024 headlights at the parts store!

$65=👍
The install was kinda a pain because of the custom install into a 69 fj55. The housing buckets needed to be cut and clearances for the back cooling fine. The aluminum housing has holes on top and bottom where these lights can be mounted with brackets without a headlight bucket to seat them in.DOWNSIDE is the clear lense is super soft plastic. It scratches with just breathing on it. As soon as you use a clean cloth and wipe it....there will be thousands of micro scratches

Makes my Jeep sooo purty
Perfect on a Jeep TJ. I don't like Halo lights, they don't look like they belong on the Jeep or a motorcycle, but these are beautiful! Plug in replacement, no mods for the Jeep at all.

Good LED headlamp
The headlamp appears to have a large aluminum heat sink on the back, which is good. The light is much brighter than stock headlamps, and on a par with other LED headlamps. The upper light cutoffs are very precise. Installation was easy. Plug and play with no flicker. Recommended!

Good Deal
They work great with no flickering and are nice and bright. Well worth the money.

Not an easy instal
Although the plugs are correct the units do not work. Re wired using the provided adapter and the lights come on but seem to be extremely weak.
