Usually quite sceptical about this kind of product. However these felt premium from the get go, amazing smell that does invoke the feeling of sleep, but only if one associates lavender with this feeling. Good size, good price

Jury is out! But I will update any changes Smells lively almost like it’s a room spray Sprayed generously and it’s a pleasant smell and not too overpowering. I’ve had insomnia for weeks so let’s see if this helps…. Night 1 … no change but maybe I’m aware of the scent and overthinking so preventing sleep. Night 2…. TBC Tried for 2 further nights, I think it helps slightly with anxiety symptoms but as for insomnia not at all. I’ve now asked GP for sleeping meds.

This product is a godsend. I bought it for my 3yo & 4yo grand kids as they seem to run on batteries and hardly sleep - until this. My daughter in law is amazed at how effective it is and loves the beautiful scent. She now finally gets some rest while Dad is at work. Needs to be sold by the litre! I now have a subscription for this.
