A must have tool for any detailing centre, we use this frequently and find it very easy to use. The extra length on the chord is great, the display is easy to understand and adjust and the weight is perfect. The only quibble I would say is there is no adjustment to the top handle, we just use it without as the handle just doesn't seem to give the right position no matter how you hold it. Overall a fantastic product, well worth the price.
