I bought this 105-inch retractable baby gate to use in my house, mainly for my toddler and my energetic dog.👍 What I like 👍We have large doorways that most standard gates don’t fit, but this gate is perfect! I can adjust it to fit any opening in my house, and the best part is how easy it is to retract when I don’t need it, no bulky bars to trip over!The mesh is durable and scratch-resistant, so even my dog can’t damage it. I love that I can see through the mesh to keep an eye on my kid while working in the kitchen, and it gives my toddler comfort knowing I’m right there. Plus, the installation was surprisingly easy, especially with the adjustable baseboard mount, no need to struggle with uneven floors or weird setups.Overall ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️It’s lightweight, sturdy, and easy to use with one hand, which is essential when you're busy. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it to parents or pet owners with wide spaces to block off! 👍👍👍👍👍

The media could not be loaded. I like these gates for when you need to have some sort of barrier, but don’t want it up all the time. It has hooks you hang on one wall and then you mount the gate to the opposing wall. It’s easily able to stretch out and hook in. And then retracts fairly simply. It has a locking mechanism as well to make sure it doesn’t unlock and accidentally hurt anybody. Overall, I think this is a nice design. I’m happy with the overall mesh feel and I thought this would be useful for keeping a dog from going where I don’t want him to.

Fairly easy install (only difficult part is undoing the locking mechanism - it is NOT just a rotate movement but a LIFT and rotate). Also doing the install I'd recommend 2 people, one to hold the screen when extended, and the other doing the bracket marking ang mounting. Was a bit of a hassle for 1 person.The white one we bought is aesthetically very pleasing. It's tall enough to keep kids in/out and the dogs in their place. My only concern is if you have a larger dog with seperation anxiety they may rip through the material. I have older, more sedate dogs and it's perfect. Also the spring tension is very strong, if you accidentally let go of the non-roller end WHOOSH it is back on the other side rolled up.For us it works, be cautious around pre-teens/teens the may mess up the unit by simply letting go of it when opening.

I bought this gate to install on my front porch so that I would have an attractive and simple way to let my dog safely hang out on the porch with us. The instructions are easy to follow, and if you are handy with a drill and Phillips head screwdriver bit (you'll need a longish bit or an extension), you'll have no problem installing this fairly quickly. Unfortunately I'm not as handy with tools as I think I am so it took me a bit longer. That said, I was able to install it myself, even with a broken finger, though I'm sure I was a source of entertainment to any neighbors who may have been watching. 🙄Be aware of the bracket size. My porch posts are slightly more narrow than the brackets. If I had measured more acurately than shown in the picture, I'd say my posts are roughly 3-3/8" wide. The bracket holes were almost to the edges of the posts, but I was able to install the brackets by screwing the screws in on angle. The screws were much better quality than I'm used to getting with things like this, and there are plenty extra in case you you need them.You definitely can operate this with one hand, but if you're not careful when the gate retracts, it can fold over onto itself and get kind of wonky. The picture I posted is an extreme example. It's pretty easy to open it back up and straighten it back out if that happens.In all, I would definitely recommend this gate for wide spaces. Works well but plastic wall mounts broke after a couple months

Served its purpose for a whole day before a piece of plastic broke off one of the mounts and made it fall off all the time. A few days later a larger piece of plastic broke off the mount and now it no longer attaches to the wall mount making it obsolete. Going to have to order another to prevent having to unscrew and screw a different brand but not hopeful on how long it will last.

This retractable gate is great in keeping our dog out of the areas of the house that he can’t go into. The gates are easy to install using the house hold tools like a drill and screw driver. I live the material because it’s easy to keep clean. I spray and wipe daily. It doesn’t attract lint and hair from static either. It’s also high enough to restrict our preschooler from going into the basement and was very useful when he was learning to walk. We placed the gates at the top and bottom of the steps to prevent him from climbing or falling. We’ve now repurposed them as he has gotten older. They are also handy for dinner parties to restrict guests from the bedrooms and other areas of the house. I highly recommend.
