Easy Go-to Daily Staple Food - Good Value in 4.4 lbs / 2kg Soze
Reviewing as an adult American Male Not of Greek, Mediterranean or Arabic Origin (I didn't grow up eating these like Americans did potato chips): I find these are more palatable than the Yurt Brand. The Yurt's are still good, albeit that much more syruppy. and I write this is after sampling multiple brands, buying the smaller sizes to try out. Imo, everyone needs to try multiple brands to see what they dig most. I never did a side-by-side comparison taste test.. But if you're a newbie, this is a safe bet. I've been repeatedly ordering the 4.4lb / 2Kg / "approx 75 pieces" variety. It's almost always available next day in my Amazon region. And this brand is just all around great to have around to nosh throughout the week. It's a really great staple food. Even better throughout the summer staple, when you're trying to eat cold foods and not fire up the range. I usually find 5-7 are mushy or broken open. But the majority are nice and firm. Or as firm as can be given the packaging options. Upon opening, I'll put on a pair of disposable medical gloves. Then carefully transfer the pieces into my sealable/ washable Tupperware container. Doing a kind of cross row arrangement. I'll usually eat the broken one mushy pieces as I gently transfer the mostly firm pieces. I'll then place it all in the fridge. And proceed to eat in small amounts throughout the following 1-2 weeks. The instructions say to "eat as soon as possible." As a single adult household, I'm almost always able to go through these within a week or two. Divide $24 by 7-10 days, with an easy go-to meal replacement if you're trying to limit food consumption.

The best!
SO YUMMY! Love these grape leaves. They are the real deal. You can eat them out of the can. Price is right for what you get.

Reasonably flavorful, but mushy...
The flavor is really mild but that's an easy fix, just add your own favorite spice or dipping sauce. The texture is really soft, just short of mushy. If you're indulging with fingers keep an eye on it. It's easy to squeeze a little too hard and it falls into your lap or on the floor. Using a fork as a safer option, but not as much fun. Refrigerating them helps.

Very gritty taste bad!
The actual leaf taste good but the inside stuffing, rice grains are hard and gritty. Almost like an uncooked couscous. My family really disliked it so we threw it away. Money wasted. Toomuch vinegar taste as well. Skip this one. Not recommending.

Mushy
A bit mushy. Leaves were ok but some were tough. Probably will try other brand before ordering these again.

Delicious, but with caveat
It’s delicious. I found them more delicious when they are eating cold out of the refrigerator. I wish the seller would wrap the cans in bubble wrap instead of just enclosing cushions in the box. I recommend buying one can at a time to minimize the chance of the cans getting dented during transport.

You get what you pay for.
Not very much filling, it had more leaf than filling. The leaves were grainy, hard and very hard to chew, with the stems being extremely hard. Dented can and seemed rancid. Worst tasting Dolmas I've ever ate.
