I recently purchased the brush for my cat and dogs, and I couldn't be more delighted with the results. It is rare these days to find quality manufacturing. The product is very well made. The machining is excellent. The comb area is made of machined stainless steel. The teeth are machined into a stainless bar and are very well formed making a slightly papered slot between the teeth. As you comb the animal he taper causes the slot between each tooth to lightly grasp the hairs. The hairs coming out are pulled loose and remain in the comb while those tightly attached remain. For my dog she like the process and does not appear to the irritated by the process and often just falls asleep while I am combing her. The comb dose have a limited capacity to hold hair but just frequent removal only takes a few second each time and the hair comes off the easily. My dog is young with relatively short hair now so I cannot comment on long haired dogs but the comb works as described and works very well.

Item priced well and works great. Only complaint was it looked like item had been previously returned due to packaging seal and dirt found on inside edges. Product looked new however so wasn’t an issue.

I have a long hair and short hair cat. Both of them have been shedding fur for months. I purchased this deshedding comb and have been amazed at how well it works. The volume of fur, even from the short hair cat, that this comb has been removing is unbelievable. Both cats seem to enjoy being combed with this tool. I certainly recommend this product to anyone with a pet that sheds.

Works so good! Much better price than the name brand (less than half) pulls so much loose fur from my gold lab's coat! He sheds so much year round! Wish I had bought this months ago! Highly recommended!

I wasn't expecting much but it's a well made de-shedder that pull the undercoat off of my bull terrier/chow mix with ease! He loves the feeling of the brushing and I was able to get a mountain of fur out in about 5 minutes. Works great on my dobie/dalmatian mix also. I'll probably get another so we can brush them both at the same time. It's both the real deal and an incredible deal!

Starting a new home business after quickly leaving corporate, I bought a cheaper version of the furminator. It does the job but it’s def sharp so brush burning or even catching your own finger will be painful so brush lightly and watch the dogs thin areas like elbows and neck

Purchased this while it was on sale. It arrived quickly and works SO well! We have a heavily shedding labradoodle and it has worked wonders on reducing the amount of fur we find scattered everywhere.

I wad a bit iffy on this brush, because I usually like to feel the brushes before buying but I'm so glad I took a chance on this!It works SO WELLI have a Shollie and he sheds like crazy, patches of hair randomly showing up everywhere and hair in all my food. I thought I was going to live a life of esting dog hair and becoming one with my dog.Thanks to this handy brush it had lessened the shedding and loose hairs!The brush is a bit sharp when you first get it, so please be careful, but it is not too sharp to cut through your dog's skin. My dog loves being brushed and I use this mainly for his bum. He has lots of undercoat in that area but it works just as well everywhere else!After brushing it leave a nice shiny smooth and less bulky area!Highly recommended if you have a long haired buddy!!(FYI, the hair in the picture is all from his bum)

This is very impressive -- way better than I had imagined. And my dog actually doesn't hate it like most other brushes I've tried.Highly recommended.

Our Boxer isnt a fan of brushes and she sheds A LOT, so this brush has been a game changer and she looks forward to her brush now every night nudging for more. It collects her hair really well and we have noticed less shedding after our first use. Highly recommend!

Works great on my dog that consistently looses fur. Makes her look better and smoother coat. I can easily get a full bag of fur from using this tool on her for 20 minutes. She is 14 and doesn’t bother her at all.

This is a great product- does the job
