Nice Press, good diameter
This is my second burger press. My other burger press is a cast-iron press meant to smash the burgers while cooking. This style burger press is intended for shaping the burgers prior to cooking.When comparing burger presses, most presses of this style create patties that range from 3.4-5" in diameter. This press is 4.6", which is a good size patty. Patties will shrink some while cooking so I prefer to start on the larger size. Good for creating uniform size patties, or stuffed patties.Easy to use and dishwasher safe.

This makes making hamburger patties easy and you have the perfect round patty I like this and would recommend

It works
I used this to make patties once -I guess it’s OK. The little sheets you put between the burgers …I’m not so sure about. Probably about the same thing as using wax paper?
