Honestly my husband has been wanting a drinking horn but not for drinking out of it he wanted to put candles in it for looks. I can say everything is well crafted.

The description said this was a set of four, so I was disappointed when I opened the box. It’s actually one horn with four accessories. The horn and accessories are very nice looking. I will keep it this one. My advice is; read the description carefully!

Really enjoying this addition. The main horn is good size, holds 12 oz without issue. The Shotglass is a large size and nicely holds my nightcap double Mezcal. The...corkscrew I'm not sure any cork would really be safe within 6 inches of that thing, but sure, it's there. Worth the purchase if you want something to enjoy the random drink out of for occasions.

This arrives in a silky, drawstring storage bag inside a fold-top acetate bag.If giving as a gift, this needs a separate box to be easily wrapped, or it will fit in a medium-large gift bag. This makes a great standalone, any occasion gift for your favorite Viking or Ren Faire lover. Elevate the gift by including a bottle of mead (may I suggest a honey mead) or the recipient's favorite drink of choice (hot/cold, alcoholic/non-alcoholic, & carbonated/flat all work in this horn!).The storage bag is sized correctly to hold the horn & stand & ties securely to a belt or belt strap for convenient Ren Faire portability.The stand is sturdy & stable. Though, being natural & thus not uniformly formed, the horn & stand do not fit together seamlessly as a manufactured set would, they do fit together well & are stable despite the gaps.The horn itself is attractive, especially with the Fenrir tip that I chose. It holds a decent amount (1 bottle of Guinness comfortably, so about 12 fl. oz.). If that's not big enough to slake your thirst, it is also refillable. lolThis is a bit challenging to clean. I would not try putting this in a dishwasher at all. You will need a bottle (nipple) brush that has some flexibility to it as the horn both narrows to a point & curves.We love this & highly recommend!

Beautiful item. Very well made and beautiful display. I feel this is a very unique item and my viking loving son loved it. We have it as a display piece along a viking helmet. It is made from real Ox horn so I must warn you it does have a ... " peculiar " smell. Maybe after airing out for several weeks it will go away but with the "peculiar smell" I wouldn't be able to drink from it right away. My son doesn't care about the smell and he's ready to drink some pop out of it. It must be the viking in him. Other than that which I believe it's completely normal due to the nature of the item it is quite beautiful.

The Viking horn set of 4 with gift bag arrived with a VERY STRONG ODOR from the sealant they used on it. It's been sitting out over a week now, and the odor has gone down to just the horn itself instead of a few feet around the horn. The church-key with the horn handle is pretty nice, but the small cup is almost useless - you can fit a couple mouthfuls of liquid in it -that's all. However, the small cup and horn have such a strong chemical odor, I don't want to use them. It kinda puts me off from drinking anything out of them. They look nice on the shelf but I was hoping to use them for more than dust collectors.

This item is really unique and you can definitely tell it's handcrafted - which, in my opinion makes it super giftable. The attention to detail is remarkable, and the natural shine makes it stand out if you leave it on display. The inclusion of a gift bag adds a nice touch. While it can be a decorative piece, it is also food safe, ensuring a safe for drinking. My dad is a huge a fan of Viking culture, so this was a 'win' with him, but it's also an exceptional conversation starter. You don't see a lot of these around!
