6000 Gold pillow top pocket sprung with cool blue quilted 33 cm deep mattress (King (150 x 200 cm))

The mattress is ok ..the delivery and tracking on it was terrible...we had to chase to see where our mattress was, when it would be delivered because the delivery date came and went with no email or text from you....no one could tell us if it would be delivered vacuumed packed so when our 5ft mattress did eventually arrive 10 days late it came as a solid unit...not easy to move ....I appreciate times are very difficult at the moment but if you intend to sell products from an outside company you shouldn’t expect the buyer who has passed the money over to amazon to have to chase problems and delivery issues up, for this reason I am very disappointed with the whole process, Not a happy customer and wish I had never purchased this mattress through you.

Mattress described as medium with pillow top. I would definitely describe as firm and will be buying a memory foam mattress topper! Ok if you want to feel like you’re sleeping on a park bench. Delivery slot sent was 07:19 to 09:19am. Tracking non existent - always says not currently working. Turned up at 10:30am. Guys that delivered it were ok - not particularly friendly though! Would only recommend if you are looking for a very firm mattress.

Been a few weeks on it and now can say that its a great mattress, well built, and no backaches or issues so far

Is it normal for a thin top mattress, after 4 nights it is concave in places where we sleep and it will stay that way?

I bought this Bed on Groupon - has to give a review for the sake of the Manufacturer. This bed is awesome! I had a fracture in my lower back since I was 13 and it has always been painful. After having two nights rest on this bed I can honestly say I feel like my back problems are resolved. Awesome bed!

I was slightly concerned about ordering the mattress online without viewing it, but I am pleasantly surprised by the product, sturdy, very well made and comfortable. I would like to buy another one but in smaller size. Delivery was perfect, on time and comfortable.
