I saw some reviews on line about spikes not working. I used it to put on my cedar fence so the mulch would not rot the fence. Spikes never used but they do look sturdy.

This is strong & sturdy material.I put up a wooden fence, but there’s big gaps at the bottom.This is a perfect solution to fix that problem for what l need for.Worth giving it a try.

This is a well made product that will last a long time. It is rubber so it will absorb heat from the sun and expand/contract a little. It is five inches tall so you really need to bury it at least half way to prevent it from flexing sideways. I used a chain saw and an old chain which I planned to throw away to cut a trench deep enough. Worked great. They include plenty of stakes so you do not have to buy any additional ones to get a sturdy installation. I have seen brands where they put so few stakes in the package that you have to spend extra to get enough.

ZERO STARS. Super flimsy. Need 10 times more stakes than provided. Even then it’s so thin I don’t think that would make a difference. Do NOT purchase this junk.

The material is heavier and appears likely to be durable. The 5" height met my need and was preferred over shorter versions Although it is supplied with a good quantity and a good quality of hold-down spikes, I found it difficult to create a straight line over a 20 or 30 foot run. I suspect this is because the edging material is a strong plastic composite which was supplied as a tight roll that has "memory" and wants to curl. For some this is a minor complaint but if one wants to avoid it then choose a product that comes in short straight flat lengths that are coupled together when installing.

Easy to install. Worked by our pool to keep the mulch in the flowerbeds during a hard rain.

I’m an amateur gardener and was looking for something to prevent my grass from over growing onto my driveway. This worked very well. Easy to use (once I got the hang of it). There are no instructions so you’ll need to look up how to install something like this.

Seems very durable and should stand up to Ontario weather
