I just unboxed this fan and filled the bottom tank with ice and water. When I select the cool button it actually blows cold air! Additional pros that I love so far: the fan is quiet and powerful, I can easily unhook the water pump and remove the bottom tank to fill with water, it’s sleek and looks nice, and has a year warranty. I look forward to using it in my office and really hope it holds up for a long time!

We were looking for a quiet fan with remote to use in our RV. This is the perfect choice. Not only does it provide the quite feature but it has the remote, a built in timer and it oscillator that doesn’t require the fan to actually turn. It’s amazing. We couldn’t be happier with our choice! I highly recommend this fab.

Does not cool down a room. The cool air will not even reach a person sitting 5 feet away. Horrible product

I dislike the lack of detailed instructions. I had to go online and find videos for more details. It is not easy to see the water line. Suggestions for coolest air, fill with cold water and the frozen bottles. It works best with air conditioning to cool areas. It will cool down a small room but with no AC it will just move the warm air around with a cool breeze. It depends on what you need it for, it will meet my needs.

This is a perfect size and it cools down my whole apartment it works great easy to use the remote

Have only used the fan so far and really like the low noise and breeze volume. Will be trying the cooling feature very soon.

Best customer services and two ways to add water. LED panel went off when not in used so make it easy to sleep at night time...save energy.

Buena potencia cómo ventilador de torre y regular rendimiento cómo cooler. Gran ventaja es que no requiere filtros especiales que se tengan que cambiar. Si se usa con agua con hielo la funcionalidad cómo cooler aumenta. Buena compra y tal vez el precio podría ser más competitivo aunque lo entiendo al ser producto de EUA.

Muy malo, desde que lo abrí olor a humedad, se le pone el agua y expide un aroma mucho más fuerte a humedad el cartón donde circula el agua, los embraces para enfriar no funcionaron, no llego a enfriar nada la habitación con medidas 3 metros por 3 metros, se dejó 1 hora encerrado en el cuarto para enfriar y no logro el objetivo. Pésimo producto
