As a woman in menopause, sleep has been the most difficult thing. I’ve tried everything to get a good nights sleep. The first time taking the 5 htp, I slept the entire night! I’m on day 4, and have not had any issues staying asleep. Extremely effective!

These make me sleepy but don't put me to sleep. I'm not sleeping any better or worse taking these. However, my mood has improved so much. 1st pill, I took I took it about 1 hour before bed, it really hurt my stomach. I woke the next day not feeling groggy but feeling happier. From then on out I've taken the pill with my dinner meal. If I wake up and start having a bad day, I take 1 with breakfast and do not get tired. Some people may, so you'll have to experiment with how they work for you. I've only had to take 2 pills in one day, twice, the rest of the time, so far, only 1. It's going to depend on your body how much you need.

I bought this to help with sleeping but this far have not really been impressed. I really was hopeful but it just hasn't really make a difference in my sleep. I will keep using until I run out and may update again after.
