I love these vitamins! I just feel healthier taking them. There Is so many things in each pill. I didn't plan on buying them. I was getting the ones called ' The Saw' by Dr. B. Rush for my husband, got them, and came across these fantastic multi ones.

I've been taking Benjamin Rush's men's multi for quite sometime, and I feel in tip top shape! When I get busy and skip a couple of days which is not often, I feel the difference in my performance and level of energy, and overall well being. I understand that everyone's health condition, and health needs are different, but you'll have to try for yourself and see if its right for you. Maintaining one's health should be everyone's top priority, so that as you age you can maintain quality of life, and not depend on anyone because you've become sick and infirm. I am a very independent person, and I would rather die, than to become dependent on others for my wellbeing and mobility. This multivitamin along with other healthful things that I partake of, helps me to stay in good health.

I'm a fan of supplements, but I dislike reviewing them because:a) I don't have a lab to verify the claims. Does this tablet REALLY have the supplements it claims to have?There's no way for me to prove that.b) I can't prove the tablet's benefits without a placebo and a double-blind trial.c) You'll rarely see any measurable or obvious difference within a month or two. It usually takes years for supplements to have an impact.d) Even if you do notice a difference, did you control for all the other variables? Maybe you got better sleep, did more exercise, changed your diet, or something else while you were taking the supplement.In short, amateur reviewers should be humble about their evaluations.All I can say is:- Dr. Ben Rush seems like a reputable company worthy of our trust.- The pills are easy to swallow.- The package is easy to open.- Some studies show that taking these supplements is good for you (but others say they don't do anything).Since there are almost no studies indicating that multivitamins are harmful, I suggest taking one.

These were amazing! Why did they discontinue them??

These are the best multi-vitamins I have ever tried. In just over a week of taking them, my energy has improved, and my skin, hair, and nails look much healthier. It's obvious that the ingredients used in these vitamins are a better quality than what I have been buying at Target. I love this brand!

I noticed after beginning this vitamin, I started experiencing gastrointestinal issues. Which is not common for me. I looked at the ingredients, and found the culprit: Milk, Soy & fish plus other questionable ingredients

I first thought this is all organic and natural, but of course reading the small printed "ingredients" I found it contains the synthetic B12 Cyanocobalamin. And, so much of it. 20832 %, that's right, twenty thousand eight hundred and thirty two percent of the daily dose (RDI) Basen on Cyanide poison... sorry folks, what is going on here? Will have to throw this one out, glad I only took one tablet a day, opposed to the "recommended dose of 3... I now get Methyl Cobalamin, not from Dr Benjamin Rush though.

I have been a person who thinks they need to take a separate pill for every supplement known to man. I was taking at least twenty supplements a day until I found this multi-vitamin. This is now the only vitamin that I take on a daily basis. I take three every night before going to bed. There isn't any after taste and I don't think they smell. The probiotics work great for me. I am now saving tons of money because I don't have to purchase all the other supplements I thought I needed. Most of those supplements are in this vitamin. Great product and wished I would have found it sooner.
