The 10" GreenPan is a great pan. It is definitely non-stick. It heats up pretty quickly. In some of my recipes I have to wipe the pan clean to use use it again right away. I can wipe it clean easily with just a paper towel. It can be put in the dishwasher and the bottom of the pan looks as good as it did right out of the box and doesn't end up with a white residue after going in the dishwasher. It also can be used up to 600 degrees and under the oven broiler. I couldn't ask for a better pan.

We got tired of replacing Teflon coated pans every year due to flaking. We went to aluminum clad pans which are less nonstick and harder to clean. I acknowledge I was probably using too high of a heat and the olive oil probably burned. We gambled on these pots and pans. They have greatly exceeded our expectations after 2 weeks. We love these pans. They are extremely easy to clean and cook great. They are hefty and look great. The lids are a little less hefty but that is a minor quibble. I bought avocado oil as recommended due to having a higher smoke point than olive oil. We are extremely happy with this purchase.5 Month Update. I continue to love these pans. They remain incredibly easy to clean. No scratching or flaking of the nonstick surface. The outside of the pan has a few stains from overspills and pouring but they are hard to see (we bought the dark blue). The bottom has some cook marks from heat etcetera. The lids catch some condensed liquid due to their shape when simmering but it doesn't really bother me. I think this product has kept its promise. My kids laugh at me for commenting how much I love these when cleaning up. I note that they would too if they actually helped clean up.

I have a lot of frying pans from different manufacturers, I cook on a glass top stove. I hate when the pan doesn’t sit flat on the stove. This pan is absolutely flat, food doesn’t stick and cleans with very little effort. I give it a 10 out of 10. I have pans that cost twice as much and would not give them that score!

Very happy with overall quality and finish. Having lids you can’t see through is a challenge. Especially when the lid gets insanely hot. Size distribution seems weird to me with no small units, just med and large. Nonstick is great and very easy to clean.

I've had my cookware set for 2 months. We have not used them in the oven, we clean them by hand, and we use all the precautions and suggestions for cleaning and care. Even with the proper care a chip has appeared on the pan and when I inquired about this being under warranty I've been told by the company that chipping and scratching is normal and will not affect the performance of the cookware and is not covered under warranty. Although they are still functioning as normal at the moment it doesn't look or seem right to have the pans chipping after 2 months of use.
