This charger works as advertised. The only problem I have with this productis that I have charged my new and old battery and both times and no matter how longI leave the batteries in the light indicator stays red. It's suppose to turn offwhen the battery is fully charged. I've left both batteries in there for quite awhile and the light will not turn off. The battery says its at 100% when I put it in my phone. So it works it just doesnt let you know when the battery is fully charged. Maybe this is a faulty item. Other than that its ok.Mike

It got here before the expected delivery date, it charges batteries as advertised, the price was great. Got a charger and two batteries for under $20.00, far lower than a single new battery at full retail. With this charger and two new batteries-- BlackBerry D-X1 Battery for BlackBerry Storm 9500, 9530 --I'll be able to hang onto the Storm until Verizon comes out with an appealing 4G phone. I swap out batteries every day or two, and the Blackberry is good to go.Unlike some reviewers, no problem with the charging light staying on forever. After some reasonable period of time (seems like long enough to charge the battery), the red light goes off. A green light, or some other clear indicator that the battery is charged, would be nice...but the red light going off works fine. (Besides, the greater danger isn't not knowing it's done charging, but my wife unplugging it before it's done.)

Product is probably fine, but we ended up never needing it. Seller doesn’t do free returns, and it costs almost as much to ship it back than what you pay for it.

Everyone that has a smart phone knows batteries won't last if you use most of your features, so you always need an alternative to get more juice, this is a great product, you buy the additional batteries and use this external charger and you can be like me, I keep 3 or more batteries ready. Every phone should have this system.

It basically broke once I started to use it for a little bit but while it wasn't broke it worked pretty much. Deff a cheaper option than buying a new battery.

I received this product in a timely manner and just like what the description says. The customer service have kept me posted about the product and made follow-up about my satisfaction. So far, this charger is doing what is supposed to. Hoping it will last a long time.

A must say that I am satisfied with the external battey charger for the Blackberry smartphone. It is well made even if the contacts seemed a little small to match those on the Blackberry battery. But, it works and does charge the battery completely within a few hours.

It makes much more sense for me to take my car & or wall charger with me than use this. This one is great for a first-time charge on a new battery but not so great on my Storm 2 for normal usage. I have an Otter Box Defender case which means an awful lot of work taking the case apart and putting it back together for normal daily use.
