I got shingles really bad that started at my spine and followed the nerve all the around my right side to my sternum. This product helped immediately take the pain and itching away. It also took the redness away and helped heal them fast. I have no scarring I believe because of this product. After they have healed I still have the nerve pain remaining and this product is helping for at night when the pain is really bad. It helps me be able to sleep. This is a great product and I bought it twice.

Update:The manufacturer was kind enough to respond to my concerns by explaining that this formula wasn't designed for allergic reactions. They apologized for the packaging failure and will address that. I am satisfied with their offer of a gift card as compensation. I have never had any company make such a kind gesture. As for my rash, it is slowly responding to a steroid cream prescribed by my Doctor. I guess sometimes it really is best to consult a medical doctor, especially when other remedies don't work.Original review:For starters, the cream was dribbling outside of the jar making a mess to clean up. It smells nice and minty with a smooth creamy texture. But it only made my rash itch more. A Dr just told me it was probably due to an allergic reaction to some plants I was trimming. The rashes have spread over both sides of my inner thighs. I have tried a lot of non steroidal remedies over the past 2 weeks, was really hopeful this would help but I had to wash it off within 20 minutes.

I had a skin rash which I initially thought was shingles but turned out to be something else. Regardless, it was very itchy and this was one of the few products that provided enough relief to sleep at night.

This cream smells minty fresh, soothes and cools angry skin quickly, and a little cream goes a long way. Great value for price!

I really liked the Cream. It had a refreshing feel. It helped to relieve the pain and had a soothing feel. I would buy it again. I would also recommend it to others.
