Unlock Your Fire TV Stick Like a Pro: & Install KODI in 15 Min. or Less

Absolutely wonderful, A Book that has step by step instruction on how to unlock your TV. With this book, I was able to do just that. It was a little scary at first, because I am to too PC bright. I was even for a very Low cost get Gears, & the TV guide, The streaming works very well, I have a Antenna that I purchased on Amazon for about $25.00, with that I get ABC,NBC, Fox, CBS, I get the Local news with the Antenna. The Amazon Fire TV is amazing once unlock it. The issue that I had was the fact it took me about 2 1/2 hours to do so, thinking back, it just was more of the Fact of fear screwing up my 4K TV, Now going forward, I was able to say Good bye to DIRECTV at was cost over $120.00, a month, now I have all the stations, TNT, TRUE,SYFY, TBS, CN, History Channel AMC, HBO, SHOWTIME, the book is amazing. I had he Fire Stick first, Move to the Amazon Fire TV, when I did this, The Amazon Fire TV is Much better to work with. Each Day That I use this it becoming more amazing.

This is an update to an earlier review.This sort of been like the movie Groundhog Day, I learned a little more with each reject. I finally got everything right and from start to finish it took about 45 minutes. About 30 minutes was spent waiting for the download.I loaded it and got it to work, but there are a couple of omissions in the book you need to adhere to in order to get a good download.1. In "Fire Stick" As soon as you do the, go to "settings", go to "device" and enable allowing apps and enable debugging, otherwise the downloads will reject.2. When in Kodi, the early steps in "System Settings", make sure you click in the "add-ons from unknown sources". If you don't click on it, the download will reject.The KODI installation works fine and I'm satisfied with the instructions. Also a lot of the information is interesting to a first time user.

Almost everyone can Google "How to Jail Brake a FireStick", listen to it & try writing down everything just so u can get a single provider or two like Exodus &/or Neptune Rising. This book shows u how to DL Kodi, several needed assist programs & A COMPLETE KODI BUILD Full of Providers that includes the Above Add-ons & Several dozen more, EVERYTHING U WANT & MORE within the Amazon FIRE TV Stick... Face it... That is the Reason 4 buying the Fire TV Stick anyway; isn't it.?.?.?I Can & DO Highly Recommend Adding it with Every FireTVStick gift purchase & 1 for yourself so u can actually get the FireTVStick U expected or wanted... IT IS WELL WORTH LESS THAN $10; Heck- when you actually understand what the FireTVStick can do via this book build: It's Worth +10x anything they charge for it...

Do not purchase the gears TV service that this book recommends, the app constantly buffers and despite using all of the instructions on the fire stick source website to stop the buffering it will not fix the problem. Also there is no refunding of your money if you are not satisfied with the gearstv app; should you purchase the "best option" one year of gearstv for a reduced price you will not be refunded any of your money for the prepaid months if you cancel the service. Also the kodi build in this book is garbage as it too does nothing but freeze up and endlessly buffers, stay as far away from firesticksource.com as you can.

The book was useful in loading Kodi but fell short of advertised claims. The menus are outdated andthere is no support. The website given no longer exists. Also, when Kodi is loaded be prepared forerror messages when you try to load programs.

Outdated, many of the instructions were not thorough, some steps nonexistent in the app anymore. Very disappointed.

Didn't work for me.Our screen showed different stuff on the screen to what the book said.Didn't finish up with KODI or anything else.Waste of money.
