An "SAE" connect is an SAE connection, in the same way that a UK 3 pin mains plug is a UK 3 pin mains plug, the name denotes a type and format. A few chargers do use their own unique ends, example Oxford Optimate motorcycle charger, but if your AA end looks like the one in this picture then yes, it'll be an SAE end. You can buy many connection types on line using this SAE plug.....eg, SAE to Ring Terminal, SAE to Cigarette plug, SAE to USB socket.....I have many of them, it's a very convenient and safe way of joining two low voltage wires where rapid disconnection or change of end / use is required. **Q: Is this for connecting to a specific charger or can I connect positive and negative crocodile clips?** A: You can add what you want on the ends or couple together to make up varying lengths **Q: Will a 12ft cable charge better / quicker than a 25ft cable** A: Short answer is no, the charge times will be about the same to within a few minutes.
