The duster/mop assembly was simple and easy to put together. It arrived today or rather yesterday. I of course tried the duster on the ceilings and was surprised by the amount of dust etc. it picked up. I also dusted the area's of the ceiling that I could not only get to but also not able to see clearly. Well the duster did its job and then some. Have not cleaned it yet since it did just arrive. But so far so good. Thank you.

like the design of this thing, its easy to store and assembly. and there are replacement cleaning pad. Im not sure if the stainless steel will have some scratches for long time using, but it looks good and shiny now.

I used it for my wood floors ,and it does not disappoint one bit!! Love the way it leaves no streaks and ensures to clean my floors appropriately!

Its easy to assemble, even though there are NO instructions in the box or even a company name. but whatever. Any way, I guess because of the long length, and the light weight, its a bit wobbly so its hard to control. I still have to get a ladder but thats my ceiling height, it should be fine for regular ceiling.

I had a hard time deciding between 3 and 4 stars for this mop. The quality isn't very good but it does get the job done for which it is intended. There is nothing wrong with the pads. They are quite nice and I like that they give you a bunch; there are three of each kind (6 total). The problem is with the hardware. The pole in particular is really unstable. When you put the pieces together they don't really "snap" or screw in place. They are just loosely held together by the gray plastic tubes, several of which aren't actually attached and came off during initial assembly. I even removed the last silver tube from the mop after assembling because it wouldn't stay on. I could already reach the ceiling anyways so it didn't matter, but it isn't a good sign that it's falling apart upon first use. With that being said, it does an excellent job of getting cobwebs and whatever other dust has accumulated in the ceiling corners. It's very long and can reach a ten foot ceiling corner when fully assembled. I used to get up on a ladder and use my dust buster but this is much safer and actually more efficient. The pads can be easily removed and washed after use. It is really lightweight and easy to use as well. My four year old son was able to lift up the mop and get the corners of his bedroom. I'd say the pros outweigh the cons here, but I'm sure there are better quality corner mops on the market.

This helps so much for cleaning the walls. I never knew walls needed to until I had to climb up to fix something near the ceiling and saw cobwebs on the walls. The reach available on this mop is sufficient to reach all the way to the ceiling. The padding they provide (3 of each) are easy to use and don't leave marks on the walls. The only thing that would make this better is if the handles collectively weren't so flimsy and bendy.

This is a really useful tool. At first I assembled it with all the segments but realized it was a little too long for what I wanted to use if for so I took a few off but all segments will be useful for my high ceilings. The microfiber cleaning pads are great for cleaning bathroom mirrors that are hard to reach at the top. Either pad is good on baseboards. I will use the microfiber for washing my car. Because it lays flat it goes under my sofa! and I can hang it behind the door. A great addition to my cleaning tools!

This thing is my new favorite toy!!it was super easy to assemble, has been sturdy, comes with replacement pads/squeegee/velcro, and has two different head styles for dusting/washing. It does get kind of stuck in one position, negating the 360 claim, but its not hard to adjust when needed.
