Son loves it!
Son loves it! He tested it and opened 50 tabs on the net. He says he is really impressed with the speed and quality. It works great for Roblox and all the pc games he is purchasing on Stream. He has an Xbox too but he spending more time on this pc and rarely touching his xbox now. He gets better priced games this way and can play a lot of games with his friends. It saves so much space too! We are so happy with this item. I work with graphics and if I ever need a PC in the future, I'm getting myself one too! Thank you !

Excellent PC for home working etc
The PC is remarkably small given its capabilities. (Note: this is the 16GB version). This PC is not used for gaming but the graphics in general use are good.Even with intensive tasks such as backups and indexing the box is effectively silent making a change from older laptops and desktops. The wifi and ethernet connections are reliable and fast. Particularly usefuld is being able to mount it on the back of the monitor which makes the cabling tidier and the "all in one" easy to move if needing to clear space in the home. The only issue to be wary of, not themanufacturer of the hardware at fault, but is ensuring that you bring Windows 11 fully up to date. This took several rounds of checking for updates. Also go to the intel website and get updates directly from there for the graphics etc.Considering the relatively low cost (purchased on a deal price) this is an excellent PC providing you set your expectations accordingly.

Desktop power in a tiny box but tiny box gets hot
This is my 3rd Mini PC and I gradually upgraded them as I moved workloads off my my big, noisy, power hungry full sized NAS server (see photo). This review is about using it as a server but there are loads of reviews on Youtube with people using these as an entry level gaming PC and if you're not gaming you could easily replace your desktop with this, they're quieter and use 5-10x less power.+ Size and Footprint:In the photo, you'll see my desktop server and then the Trigkey S5 on top of it, and a Beelink Mini S above that. As you can see the Trigkey is slightly wider than the Beelink but is a still a tiny footprint if you were using it on on a desktop, or even better you could mount it to the back of your monitor with with vesa kit that comes with it.+ RAM:I got this because I needed something that would support 64GB RAM to run more machines and labs on my Proxmox server. Most of these low power Celeron N-series ones are much more efficient but only support 16GB max. I previously used a Beelink GKMini (J4125 8GB) and a Mini S (N5095 16GB) and thought I would save power and space by combining them into one more powerful box. That didn't quite happen as I will explain.+ OS and performance:This came with Windows 11 and that was running very smoothly but I quickly replaced it with Proxmox (Debian Linux) which was seamless. I have all the network adapters and hardware working under Debian but not the bluetooth which I didn't need. Then I transferred my VMs and containers including Home Assistant and a handful of Windows and Linux servers. One of my servers runs Blue Iris a Windows security camera DVR which was struggling running on the N5095. This Ryzen doesn't even break into a sweat with 6 cameras and Codeproject AI. Everything runs much faster and smoother, and with over a dozen VMS and containers running this will easily run double that without getting stressed. I know it may seem obvious but it really is noticeably faster and better performing that the two Beelink Celerons.+ Heat:BUT... It comes at a cost... Attached are 3 graphs showing CPU, Temperature and power consumption. The CPU is only running at 10-30% but the temperature is hitting the 70C+... You'll see in the photo I have put the two MiniPCs in a custom rack with fans mounted each side to help cooling. Its not unusual for these tiny PCs to run hot but this was cruising at 70-80C with 20% load (and the odd spike). Imagine if I was maxing it out? I think you'd get thermal throttling or even shutdown!+ Noise:Its actually very quiet, maybe the fan is broken :-) Seriously I can feel its running but I never hear it screaming. I never hear it over my desktop, and even with everything off the Trigkey noise is a whisper. If you're wanting a quieter option vs your fullsize desktop, this is it.+ Power:Then the power saving... Well my full sized server used over 100W, and the Trigkey uses 30-50W. You can see the graph attached shows JUST the Trigkey in yellow and then Trigkey+Big Server combined when they're both on. The little Celerons, J4125 circa 10W, the N5095 (15W) running same or similar loads, same peripherals plugged in etc. So the 1 x Trigkey Ryzen MiniPC uses an average of 40W vs 25W for 2 x Beelink Celeron Mini PCs!+ TDP and Bios:With the heat and power usage, the 5560U has a trick up its sleeve - configurable TDP! Its the reason I chose the 5560U over the 5500U, newer (Zen 3), lower power and configurable TDP. In the bios I set it to the lowest possible (10W?) it did make a slight difference but the figures you see already include that, but the Proxmox performance was hardly affected at all. Bios is very configurable BTW, there's almost too many options in there that might get you into trouble, but good to know they're there.Another thing about the Trigkey brand, its pretty clear they ship very similar PCs to Beelink, having had both, I don't there's anything between them build quality wise but the support, even the website for Beelink is superior. I bought this as it was on a deal and significantly cheaper than other brands, but if they were closer in price, I probably wouldn't have chosen Trigkey. In conclusion, I think I probably should have returned it with the thermal concerns but the power usage is probably expected, and going to be the same for any powerful mobile CPU once you step outside the lower power Celerons. Still a contender at the right price.

A great mini pc
My Mum needed a new PC to replace her current one that was just getting slower and slower over the years. I decided that a mini pc would be all she needed as it's only going to be used for browsing and banking. This little computer fits the bill perfectly. Comes pre-installed with Windows 11 and set up was very quick and easy. They give you the option of restoring a previous computers apps and settings, but I prefer to start fresh. I had the machine up and running with the apps she uses in about 30 minutes. It has 4 USB3 ports which is enough for basic needs. The only niggle I have with pretty much all mini-pcs is that they put the speaker jack on the front. It really would be better if they were on the back. Being on the front means you have to have a speaker cable sticking out at all times (unless you use bluetooth or USB-only speakers of course). The fan kicks in from time to time, but it's not overly noisy. For the price this little computer is difficult to beat for basic computing needs.

A Little Gem
I needed a PC for general use: Office, online, some photo/ graphic stuff. Not a gamer. This little, & it is teeny, is fantastic. From unboxing to setup was a couple of minutes.Once the Wi-Fi password was in, it was a few minutes of updates (this is Microsoft Windows after all), couple of downloads & away we went.Obvious speed & handling improvement over my old system. So far, the performance is excellent.I added a 2tb ext hdd (Toshiba). Plugged in & working faster than it took to write this.As someone whose had PCs since the old 486 days (yes, we're not all dead) this is without a doubt the easiest, quickest & neatest setup of a PC ever.

Great value for a home media server
I was considering building a custom server or buying a prebuild server like dell optiplex or umbrel, stumbled across this mini PC while following guides.Well worth the money for the spec. I have it setup with plex and many other automated solutions to feed into my cloud storage and media storage.1 click setup, windows was preinstalled.Have remote desktop setup as it's the pro version so I just leave it hooked up to the router and no screen or devices attached other than the storage drives.Very low wattage so it costs a lot less to run 24/7 than my main PC which is why I wanted this. Great product 👌

Great Mini PC. I would buy again
This is a great mini PC. I have not used Tech Support and do not use it for gaming so I had to give both a 1 star. For general home office use it is great. Very easy to set up and Microsoft 365 works great on it. Additional camera was easy to set up. The only other thing I wish it had was a couple of additional USB port in the back to clear any clutter on the front. After 3 weeks of use, no issues. Great deal at a great price.

I really love this little computer
I am not a gamer or a person who runs a lot of graphics programs, so this computer is perfect for me. Value for money for sure. Compact size, lots of ports, snappy performance for everyday use.

Excelente minipc

It's a little rocket!
This little PC is quick, quiet and runs MS OFfice 365 apps like a champ. It was very easy to set up and the video quality is super on the HDMI connection. I'm very happy with this unit and would buy again anytime. My main concern with getting a smaller PC like this one was noise and it's really quiet. It sits about 18" away from me on the desktop and I've never heard it. I'm not really pushing it, and not gaming at all, but I am playing videos and I've never noticed it at all. Plus, as I mentioned, all my apps run quickly with no issues. Super happy here! Starting the unit up is fast too which is an added bonus.
