Good, solid item
Not much to say for this - it feels solidly made and well built. We had a shower head by Bristan too and it fit very well. The item is great but I think it is aesthetically suites to smaller shower heads though (we have a large, almost raindrop type head that maybe looks a little too big for it).

Quality
I returned this, so I'm surprised I'm being asked to review it, however, I didn't return it because it was at fault; I needed the extra 2 inches height of not having the L shape so I returned it and bought one of much lower quality but which had no drop. The Bristan is solid and heavy with what feels like a durable Chrome plate (compared to the cheap, light version I had to replace it with). If the size and shape are what you need I'd suggest this one, my replacement purchase was the same price but far lower quality.

CTRD02 Shower Arm
Built to a high standard and light what you'd expect form Bristan. 50cm long thread which worked perfectly for me as I have a partition wall for service access to the pipework which is 30mm deep using the supplied locknut to secure it via a small retaining plate on the panel side and inside used a steel washer. Note you will need a female G 1/2" to 15/22 BSP adapter to connect the arm to the water feed from your shower valve output.

Had a hell of a job finding in plumbers merchants, couldn’t beat this price and speed of delivery..

I had to purchase a sleeve to connect the arm to the screw thread in the wall
The arm is excellent. However when we came to fit the arm to the shower screw thread in the wall they were the same which was no good. We were able to buy a sleeve from a local plumbers that connected to 2 together but unfortunately it was brass. We covered the sleeve with some carefully placed chrome tape and problem was resolved. Now the shower head is further away from the wall the shower is excellent. Very pleased with the results.
