Q: I want the shelf that is 19.69. How do I order that one?

I have indicated 2 measurements in the listing. Pls click on "item display length", there are 2 sizes: 20.0 inches and 24.0 inches. Pls click on 20inches if you want 19.69 inches.

Q: can you attach to glass showers with the suction and adhesive?

You can install on glass showers with the suction adhesive stickers (but take note to allow 48 hours grace time before fixing the rack). However, if you intend to leave heavier items on the rack, worry your glass might not withstand the weight and may break. My Rack can withstand the weight but not your glass. Ideally to be installed on solid wall. Hope it clarifies. Thanks

Q: Is this shiny or matte/brushed finish?

This is SUS 304 Stainless Steel with modern brushed finish. It's rust proof and waterproof. Easy to maintain, simply wipe with a soft cotton cloth to remove dust and moisture.

Q: Are hooks removable (before or after installation)?

Yes, You need to dismantle one end coz one of the rod is fixed with the hooks.
