Firstly, one of the parts was defective (a hole in one of the brackets was not cut out) but TAC has good support and was quick to replace it.Installation was simple and took less than an hour. A tip for solo installation: leave the brackets very loose until the very end, and place the far end of the board on the ground and angle it up to the opposite end bracket so you can get the first one threaded.The product itself feels very sturdy and the fit is good. Only time will tell how it holds up, but functionally it works great and makes climbing in much easier.I really like the style and I’ve already received a few compliments from friends and family on how it looks.

For the money, they seem to be real sturdy and solid. You can spend up to $1,000 or more on running boards, for a lot less money these are perfect for me.

initial purchase was defective which was unfortunate. i had contacted them and they were eager to help resolve the problem and sent out new replacement very quickly. the drop steps looks great and very durable. i have not had any other problems yet, hopefully will not rust soon. overall, i am very pleased with how it looks and their customer service.

Didn't like the fact that they mentioned that this item would fit certain brand and year of a vehicle and it doesn't. 30 min job my Butt! ended up 3 hrs for me to install.
