Works great, 2 winters
Works great for two winters now. Really puts out a lot of humidity, needed in dry winters. No problems whatsoever. Clean out frequently, as with all humidifiers.

The humidifier is perfect. Very easy to operate.Use it manually or with a remote provided. It takes 1 gallon of distilled water or your preference. I like the nightlight on it that you can use or not. I purchased two of them. I highly recommend this item. I highly recommend this product and will buy again.

Works Great
Does a good job for such a small unit. Been using mine for a couple months now and still works fine. The owner's manual could be a little clearer and it does leave out some details, so you need to figure out that on your own. A little fussy to clean because there are some tight spots. I've been using a few drops of distilled vinegar with tap water to clean. I only use distilled water in the unit. The remote control is very nice and easy to operate.

Works well but very big and bulky. Couldn't find a good place to fit it so I returned it

Horrible customer service!
I wanted to return this because I was having trouble keeping it clean with the design of it. And was also having issues with the water coming out too quickly. Except my Amazon return window was closed. Attempted to reach out to customer service and never heard back. I do not recommend! I never understand why there is ever good reviews for products like this.

WONDERFUL PROGRAMMABLE HUMIDIFIER.
Very quiet, compact and I really like the ease of programming. Only negative is it programs to run for 2, 4 or 8 hrs. but NOT for 6 hrs.

Works well but needs frequent refill
Requires frequent cleaning even with use of filtered water. Many crevices that are difficult to clean and you have to get the mold out . One section on bottom had to be removed to get to mildew and when I finally got it pulled out I thought I was broken but it is working g just fine now . I just wish it had less tiny crevices to collect mold
