The product was fine when it arrived but it was more than other sources and was delayed twice from date promised.

$47 for a replacement reservoir that is known to have a leaking issue with the valve on the bottom of it. I would rather put that kind of money towards another K-Cup coffee maker. Shame on you Cuisinart!
