Best upgrade you can do to your shower. Moved into my apartment and was bummed the water pressure wasn’t good, turns out it was just the shower head! This product extended the height of my shower so I no longer have to crouch. Great product, great pressure, easy to install, well worth the money

I rarely give 5 stars, however this product has earned them. Instructions: One master sheet to show you how it connects. Its not complicated for me, but maybe others it is. Also a booklet with step by step instructions. They send teflon tape but they say not to use teflon tape and make sure to clean and aggressively remove the tape that is there. Installation: perfect. No teflon tape needed. Just hand tighten the hose ends. On the piece to the shower arm coming out of the wall you should be able to finger tighten it to the last couple threads and then use the INCLUDED wrench to slightly tighten it. I had no leaks. If you do, you either over tightened it, or under tightened it. Try to unscrew it while the water is running to see if that helps. Most people over tighten. Product: Excellent HUGE shower head. Hand shower has a large number of sprays. They have engineered the product to help with water pressure so you might spray across and hit the other wall of the tub. Mine did and I needed to point it down more. The straight pipe can actually bend slightly. Pretty cool design. They definitely sat down and thought things through. NO I did not get this for free. I purchased it. I highly recommend it. I love it.

Got it for less than $40 and I’m impressed in the overall material quality and build! I installed along with a filter and only used teflon for the male end, but the actual shower head/handle and all its connections did not need any! Suuuuper quick to install, nice chrome finish although it seems pretty easy to scratch. The handle is pretty big, almost the size of the shower head lol. I don’t mind it but wish the shower head was bigger instead. I removed both flow stoppers (the small black rubber rings) and I got great water pressure. The handheld has some good power with different spray modes. It’s easy to adjust where the water flows, and I love having the option to do both when I shower with my bf <3 So far no leaking at any of the connections nor any other problems, but only time will tell.

I'm not great at putting things together on my own but this installation was super easy without help. The shower experience is definitely better with this, it's much more relaxing and fits in my tiny shower just fine; overall much better than my original single shower head and works perfectly. However, The joint of the rain shower head was plastic and in trying to attach it correctly the plastic warped and frayed but the shower seems fine. I recommend that when you install it you pay attention to all the joints/ threads and cover them with the thread tape, including the parts that come already put together. When I first assembled mine, it leaked in the pre assembled joints, so I took it apart and covered it in thread tape and now it's leak free. TLDR- Cover ALL the joints in thread tape and be careful assembling the rain shower head and it will work perfectly!

I got this shower head to make showering easier when I have a endometriosis flare ups & need to sit to shower or if I get another surgery again. It was very easy to install & instructions were very clear. It came with plumbers tape and the tool needed to help tighten the pieces together. No leaks! Overall I like the look! I'm curious about longevity however & how the quality of this item will stand up years down the road. I can tell parts of this shower combo are plastic & metal & I'm obviously worried about the plastic breaking over time or how it will hold up to hard water and doing maintenance on that & how it will look. I also was unable to keep my shower head cady with this shower head upgrade so going to have to figure out other ways to store a few soap bottles, bar soap, and razor. But overall this shower head combo is perfect and enjoy the shower pressure and showering options.

The power on the hand held is amazing ! And so many different settings . It’s a beautiful addition to the shower . The hose is perfect size , long enough but not in the way . I will never be able to go back to not having the handheld hose! Great quality on this shower head

We were a bit hesitant about this purchase because the price was very reasonable for a dual shower head. Have got to say that we are REALLY impressed at how well it works. There are an amazing amount of different spray options, but just using them both together on a full spray is pretty awesome! Added bonus is that after six months of use, with really hard and calcifying water, it is staying clean. Was super easy to install also.

Installing this showerhead was exceptionally easy, I'm pretty handy but I talking this was truly fool-proof. Everything was labeled and there are two sets of directions which are very thorough and easy to read with pictures. I love the rainfall head but my husband doesn't but that's okay, the smaller head has so many options to choose from theres no way for him to be unhappy. The pressure spray function will be great for washing the shower and my dog. My only quarrel is that the smaller head pretty low. I'm only 5'2 and it's right on my face. My husband is taller than me and he has some trouble with it. We will probably buy an adapter so we can get rid of the whole adjustable arm piece because it's isn't *that* adjustable. We tried turning it into an L so it's higher but it just slowly falls back down. If your shower is taller or the head is higher, or maybe you're just also short, it won't be n issue honestly but for us it is. But it can easily be fixed with a $8 piece from the hardware store. Just something to keep in mind!

Update: I was contacted by the seller who has been incredibly helpful and is sending me a replacement part, so 5 stars for customer service! Based on that I’m increasing my review to 4 stars and if the new part arrives and fixes the issue I’ll update again to 5 stars cause outside of the faulty hose, the shower head has been great and I would recommend based on the service to date and anticipated solution. Original review: I was super happy with this shower head for the first few weeks, but now where the hose connects to the handheld section has started leaking which is significantly reducing water pressure which as a long hair girly was the main motivation for buying it. Because of where’s it’s leaking from, it cannot be tightened or anything to fix it so my options are buying another shower head or taping the connection which in under 2 months seems unreasonable. Again, this is too bad because up until it sprang the leak I was really impressed with it. I’m debating trying the same one again in case it’s just a lemon, but even though it’s very reasonably priced, I don’t want to be buying a new one every other month.

This shower set is amazing! The main shower head is a nice size, it has great water pressure, the water falls just like rain, so gentle and relaxing. The hand wand also has lots of pressure and the length of the hose is perfect. It was easy to install. The overall appearance is high end and it’s affordable. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.
