My 5.9 cummins stays cold when this thing is running but it does keep the cab warm... Least for me on a long drive it's almost uncomfortably warm lol didn't hook up the a/c as the a/c in the truck works fine... The heater core in the truck is out, replaced it once and it took me 2 days because you got to hit the entire interior of the cab to do it...
