The design is very cool. I like the feel of the wood. I like the magnetic holder for my car's air vent. I've never seen a cell phone case quite like this one. I am sure it's not as durable as something like an Otterbox, but I just can't bring myself to walk around with a big bulky Otterbox case. I'd rather just risk it with something that is still protective but much thinner. And, for the price, you can't beat this case. It fits my Iphone 8 perfectly and the buttons, speaker, etc. all work just fine.

This case is on fire! Bought two now...this will probably become repeat business. Comparing this case to another wood etched case I bought when I got this phone I feel it is important to mention the way these cases are manufactured and sit over the buttons on the sides: these cases do not impede button use, and this is consistent from one case this seller offers to the next. I have purchased inconsistent products from singular sellers before and this does not seem to be a risk with this seller's products. There is kind of a "naked" feel/ cling of the case over the buttons so (repeating) there is no loss of functional use. Once we add the inclusion of a screen protector to the customizable options with this case, already etched in wood...we REALLY have a winning product--especially for the price, guys! You know you want that case, give them your money!!

Have had this case for over three months now and have no complaints at all. I enjoyed the durability of my previous otter box cases but wanted something less bulky and heavy that still would offer somewhat of a comparable protection so I thought I would try something new. I haven't used the magnetic piece yet that was included for your vehicle, but that's just another bonus. The fit is great and the case was easy to put on my phone. I have accidentally dropped my phone a few times and there was no damage to my phone or the case. I have also laid my phone down in a few drops of liquid/water that I didn't see for brief periods of time (design/back side down) and was worried it would soak into the design and discolor it or something but it was just fine. So overall, I think this is a great case and I expect it will last me a while.

I am just AMAZED by IProductsUS. I ordered my son a wooden cell phone case and had it personalized. I could not wait to give him this for Christmas. He opened it, and he was EXTREMELY EXCITED. Our son is not one to show much emotion that way and when he did, I knew he absolutely LOVED it. He hurried and put it on his phone. Unfortunately, it was too big. He was BUMMED. I told him I would contact IProductsUS and see what we can do. I explained to the company what happened and expecting them to say I would need the item returned with the packing slip and bill or receipt and cc #....you know the typical procedure you have to do to return a item...the hassle of it all. Well, I was WRONG! They simply said they were sorry and they would replace it with a new one, at no charge. They express they wanted myself and our son to be happy with the item and would make it right. I will be a returning customer to them. I take pride in customer service and feel somewhere along the way we as a whole have lost that sincere respect to the customer. IProducts again, proved me WRONG. They were AWESOME, not because they replaced it at no charge, but the way they handled the situation. Tremendously polite, professional,FAST delivery and packaged well to prevent damage. When my friends see this case they think I must have spent $50+ and gotten it from some professional woodworking shop. I've never gotten so many compliments on something before. The elephant design on this case is stunning and the etching in the wood is extremely well executed and precise. I'm tempted to buy another just incase I loose this phone and the seller discontinues! This case brings me so much joy :)

I’m clumsy and always drop my phone. The first day I put the case on. I dropped it in the drive way and my phone and case was completely fine.It’s durable and holds up very well. It’s easy to put on and take off. I would buy this again if I EVER need another one.

It was the perfect gift. My gf loved it. It feels like real wood engraved and beautifully painted. Durable and works well with a magnetic phone mount. The phone mount that came with it is kinda cheap, but it’s functional.

I get lots of compliments on this. I had my name engraved so people know who's phone it is when I leave it lying around. I love the elephant and bright colors. I've also dropped my phone a handful of times in the case and absolutely no damage to my phone or the case.
