My husbands basement office is not on the central AC and most summers we just try to tough it out. This was a good solution at the outside temps were over 85 degrees by early June.This is a quiet unit and quiet chugs along and keeps the air at 70 degrees. it was nicely packaged and simple to set up. Due to the odd shaped window in the basement, we needed to trim one piece but i was able to cut it with a box cutter.I like the 3 functions: AC, fan and dehumidifier. I have not used the smart sleep function but I think some people would find it beneficial to improve their sleep quality. The control panel buttons are inate and the remote works fine from 12 feet across the room. It’s really a set of and forget it machine for me.We hesitated for years about getting an AC unit because I didn’t want a rattly noisy machine. This just has sweet white noise and the room is much nicer. I’m 100% happy

This AC works very good. It cools down my entire apartment and it gets very cold. I am very pleased. It's small, sturdy, and not heavy. Easy to move around. Very impressed with how cooling it is. Highly recommend. I have 10,000 BTU. My kids love it also, they turn it off at night because of how cool it gets.Only issue, is the hose. You have to have a bucket collecting the water, and change it often. I find that having it on cool, with low fan works better and I don't have to empty the bucket for 8 hrs (on that setting). If it's on high fan, cool setting, then I'm emptying the bucket every 3 to 4 hours.

Having guests and will be utilizing the finished non-air conditioned basement. This unit was perfect for this space. Installation was easy. As soon as it was turned on, the cooling began. Dropped from a high humidity 85 to a comfortable 70 in one hour.Excellent price and value.Drawbacks are the stretch tube from the unit to venting window was very short. We had to place the unit on a stable table surface so the unit could vent properly. The drainage tube was too short to reach the drainage pipe. I would recommend that since the unit was issued with collapsed tubing that the buyer extends to right length, that the unit could be issued with longer of both tubing types.Excellent value, cooling, and use.

It is energy efficient and the performance is amazing! It is not noisy, reasonable noise, easy to use, remote control effect is good! It cools the room down very quickly, both mine and the kids' rooms fit, and everyone loves it.

This AC is exactly what every house-hold needs. Its installation was effortless, I didn’t even need to break a sweat. The quality on this is mind-blowing, it basically keeps the whole place breezy. Idk what it is about these things but the filters need to be cleaned way more than any other portable ac in the house. We have 2 of this kind and they have to be cleaned 3 to 4 times a week rather than my others which need it every 2 weeks at least. It keeps the rooms cool so I guess that's what counts but it's a little annoying that it needs so much maintenance.

Good, just installed. easy to install and only take little space. Start send cool air very quick. Noise is acceptable level. Also have Dehumidification function, good for me because I was going to get one. Only problem is the blockage board is too long, my window is parallel open, but I can just cut it short to fit.

The Portable AC exceeded my expectations! One of the rooms in my house doesn't have much ac air, despite the size, this cools effectively and efficiently, providing much-needed relief during hot days.
