Great phone, but shipped with an issue that required a hardware fix.
The phone is great and I’m very happy I decided to buy this model, however as soon as I switched it on it was suffering a ‘multi-touch’ or ‘ghost touch’ issue, where the touch screen reacts as if it’s being pressed. Very annoying. I had to get the screen replaced at the Apple store. I’m disappointed that the phone shipped with the issue and it wasn’t picked up in testing before the refurb was signed off.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Had this I phone x only a month I started to notice that the screen was getting weaker as I used it more terrible item wasn't even sent in a box just all wrapped up very badly in a non official i phone box the screen is hanging off this is totally a con

Phone as new, just lacking some accessories
Definitely a recommended way to get a newer iPhone for a good price, just be aware phone only came with a third party lead, no headphones or plug adapter. Still a great purchase for the price though!

Buy before they run out
For the price is feels fresh out of the box though the battery capacity has been reduced to 94% but it’s not noticeable due to the great battery management. The speed of honesty it’s fast and the notche personally for me isn’t noticeable either is the removal of the home button. The phone feels phenomenal that I take it out of its case just to feel though risky its just feels premeum.

I can’t scroll up and it scrolls down automatically

Does the job to be honest, has everything you need and want, and definitely worth the money.

I wouldn’t buy if I were you
The phone itself is great. Looks new and everything. Except there is dirt behind the back camera making all the pictures blurry and the battery settings is telling me to replace the battery as it is serisouly degraded. I’ve tried to get a partial refund to replace the battery but they say all they can do is for me to return the phone for full refund. So all in all, only buy these if your happy to try and get your money back for two weeks to end up with even amazon not giving you and my thing or helping either.
