My original hands no longer fit. Has anyone bought new hands and if so where?

I used my original hands but I saw variety packs of hands on eBay. Shaft diameters are Hour hand: 5.4mm, Minute hand: 3.7mm

What is the thread length? How long is the shaft from the face of the clock?

Total shaft length is 12mm (0.47"), thread length is 5mm (0.19").This high torque clock movement is suitable for 1-3mm (0.04"-0.12") thickness clock dial.Made of ABS material, it is durable and long lasting use. Powered by 1 AA battery(not included).

Does it operate the seconds hand as well?

fthe ansser is no neither hand fit each has needded to be modified to fit both second and minute hands second hand will be the same a real pain

Can I buy hands to fit this?

This is a standard mechanism, so you should be able to use most standard hands that are friction connect. On two different clocks, I've just pulled the existing hands off and used them. Many are available on Amazon.
