The lunch bag came with a soft pouch of freezable gel (I haven't it used yet as I have a tabletop refrigerator in my office), as well as, two large and two small plastic food containers, which while are not the strongest looking containers, should last for a good while. Luckily, the glass food containers with plastic snap-on covers that I previously purchased (which I prefer using over plastic containers any day) fit perfectly in the lunch bag. For the price, the material of which the bag is made is strong and has an attractive subtle pattern, making it appear more expensive that it really is. The zippers, with easy to hold grips, open and close smoothly. The detachable, adjustable shoulder strap allows you to carry bag with ease, leaving my hands free to carry other important items from the car to the office. I have no regrets so far and have recommended it to my co-workers. Thanks JumboLiving for designing this convenient and handy product, which allows me t take healthy, nutritious meals to work prepared the way I enjoy them. The online photo is deceptive in that it give the appearance the bag is larger than it actually is and that it is large enough to carry all four of the containers provided. The description does not make it clear that you cannot load the top compartment with food items without sacrificing space in the bottom compartment. Using all four container together is a tight fit at best. In addition, the ice pack is inadequate and is no larger than a deck of playing cards, and the shoulder strap is flimsy and easily slips off of the shoulder. A strip of rubber on the under-side of the shoulder strap would be an improvement along with a handle on top of the bag. Totally not worth the money.
