We've been looking for steps into the lake from our dock for a while now. The steps that the dock company sells are $1750! With the coupon, these were $89! This price difference set my expectations pretty low, but for that price it was worth a shot. We are very pleasantly surprised at how good these turned out to be. We got the 4 step version as our distance fron the top of the dock to the lake bottom is 42 inches. The steps have adjustable feet and I used them, plus a couple of pavers, to level them. I had to drill 2 holes in the angle pieces at the top to secure them to our dock with the dock's rail system and they are very solid.Pros:Price is shockingly low.Good sturdy design (my 275lb cousin uses them all the time).Easy assembly (took a little longer than normal because I wanted them to work with the dock rail system).Easily adjustable with leveling feet.The set I received had ridges/tread in the extruded aluminum steps as opposed to non-skid stickers (nice surprise).Cons:Steps are not very deep.Railings are a little loose by design, but work and are safe.I would highly recommend these steps!

Just what we were looking for! These are great steps for getting in and out of the water for those who find it difficult to climb a ladder. Very sturdy, except the handrails wobble after everything is tightened, I plan to use marine caulk to fix that because they aren’t going anywhere. I used concrete and rebar to secure the feet but you don’t have to. We are lucky to get these installed while the water is down. Very thankful for these!!!

Sturdy steps, railing a little shakes but overall a great product.

Got 6 steps of three different lengths making it impossible to assemble the product. Received three 22" steps, one 22-1/4" step and two 21" steps. It is impossible to assemble the product. What do I do; I had an unfortunate accident that required surgery and left me unable to use my right hand for several weeks. I didn't discover the problem until today and am beyond the allowable time frame to return the product. What do I do? The system would not allow a no star rating but that's what it should be. We purchased some white plastic pool steps, that were so steep and unstable, I could not use them. Then i saw these and in reading the reviews, I saw someone did use them for an above ground pool. They went together easily, attached to our deck easily, and I did put down 2 pool mats, as the feet are metal, but not sharp, but I didnt want them rips the liner. They worked perfectly, the risers are around 7 inches and they are nice and sturdy. Great purchase!!

These were easy to put together and look nice. We are using these on the shore of our lake so the grandkids can get in and out easier. Unfortunately the railings are wobbly, no matter how much we tighten them. Otherwise these are great.

Bought this as a stairway off our dock to get into the lake. The railings are loose but overall is decent for the price, compared to the $800 plus for a stairway from the local marina. Will see how it holds up, but overall for the price would buy again. Couple of the bolts/nuts were cross thread so needed a couple replacements
